The jury deciding the fate of John Edwards has asked to see more evidence exhibits.
The former presidential candidate faces 30 years in prison after pleading not guilty to six campaign finance corruption charges. The jury began considering its decision Friday, after nearly four weeks of testimony. Deliberations continued Monday morning. On Monday afternoon, the jurors asked to see eight evidence exhibits.
Prosecutors have accused the Democrat of masterminding a scheme to use nearly $1 million in secret payments from two donors to help hide his pregnant mistress as he sought the White House in 2008.

If you could get prison time for being a despicable piece of scum, Edwards would be looking at a lot more than 30 years.
It disturbs me that within the liberal community there is the feeling that any behavior is acceptable if it is their guy. But, in my heart, I want to believe that most conservatives would turn their backs on someone who acted as Edwards did, as Barney Frank did, as Maxine Waters did ... and on and on and on.
As long as this SOB is convicted of enough to have him disbarred, I’m kosher!
ya know, they are supposed to be serving the public. Send him to jail for as long as it takes to repay the public trust. It really amazes me that a dumocrat could do this. I am disillusioned. i will repent and vote for someone that has morals. i was infatuated with the hair. Silly me!
