Each on your list should be fought; none of those should be acquiesced to nor are they or will they be by any conservative.
History is clear about who caves to the other side. You might read it and your daughters would benefit from it as well.
None the less, each and all on your list are symptoms of the real problem and there are many, effective ways to fight each and every one.
For example, ACORN was taken down by _____? (Hint: it wasn't Romney's rinos)
And, there are many ways to fight obama and the evil he represents.
I'm not telling you what you should do, merely that I've learned that for me, a lesser evil is a poor weapon to take into that battle.
That logic fails every time.
The precedent occurred with the spontaneous rise of the TEA party, followed by the 2010 election.
You might want to research how the gopE then went after them, the newly elected conservatives! That should be a clue what their game really is.
The gopE should pay you for you're giving them for free.
Regardless, it won't matter how the few principled conservatives vote.

Intriguingly, Romney has made some very Perot-like “giant sucking sound” type points, and seems to be sympathetic to some brand of pro-American trade policy. Enough to gain the endorsement, pretty early, of Donald Trump.

Romney seems to be ready, to stand up for America.

From all the posts I've read here, FR is virtually unanimous against obama. I hope we agree on that point.
What is still in contention is Romney as a candidate and the fitness of the gopE.
Perot filled the vacuum Bush the elder and the gopE created when Reagan retired.
And then they gave us four more when they ran Dole against Clinton because it was his turn.
Since then, it's been rinse and repeat the rino every election.
In fact, it was the rino McCain who gave us obama!

If that was across the board victories then how come the most corrupt places, like Vegas, didn’t defeat Harry Reid.
This is the whole pot to them. They will lose the Congress to keep the presidency, because Obama ignores congress anyway. He’s in and they win. Forever.
He will appoint Justices that will tear the fabric of the constitution to shreads. My Grandfather (Army WWI), Uncles (Navy & Army WWII), Dad (Army Korea), FIL (WWII B-15 Pilot, purple heart) and husband (Marine Gulf War I) fought to give my children the best in the world. In all your posts, I believe you correctly identify the evil that is obama and all those he represents.
After watching things play out for the last four years, it sure looks like those chess playing rinos could have taken him down politically anytime they wanted to...if they wanted to.
Willard cannot win. He is a totally empty suit in which there are no strengths to challenge Obama's strengths. And if you don't think Obama has strengths, you are kidding yourself. You are breaking the first law of war fighting, which is to know your enemy. If you do not recognize his strengths, you will not be able to devise a strategy to overcome them.
Willard is the personification of a state of mindless though willful ignorance in this regard.
This is classic case study for the proposition that the energy of hatred causes dysfunction in the vision faculties of the soul.
Using Willard as one of their key soldiers in this battle against the Light, he was used by the Dark side to spew grotesque lies in the direction of the two real conservatives in this race, Gingrich and Santorum, ginning up a strong wave of hatred in their direction, effectively character assassinating them, leaving them dead on the battlefield.
The Republican Electorate, swept into this energy of hatred, became blind, by the power of this hatred, to all dimensions of truth from that point forward, and thereafter they became locked into an illusion that no one but this empty suit can beat Obama, and that there is no hope for victory against Obama but this total fraud.
It is really an amazing spectacle to see, how the whole Republican Army has been effectively swept off the battlefield and into a box canyon.
In their cozy embrace of the canyon walls, scribbled all over with the graffiti of their empty war cries, which echoed loudly in the canyon land, but nowhere else, they will wake up on the morning of November 5, 2012, just like they did on November 5, 2008, sitting forlornly around the cold coals of their hopes and dreams, finding that their candidate has lost again.
For the Children of God, trampling on the principles of God in your quest for power, will never win you a victory. I hope you will finally learn that lesson this time around.
As defeat looms again, I hope you will face that lesson now, in time to turn things around, that is, turn yourself around, march out of that box canyon, and back onto the real battlefield, where the forces of Light and Darkness are locked in an epic battle for the SOUL of America.
Find the still bodies of your fallen leaders, Gingrich and Santorum, pray over them, even as they mumble in their sleep, raise them out of their coma of defeat, organize your ranks, and then march forward in the direction of victory.

On rare moments, filled with unrealistic hope for republican guile, I wonder if obama and the DNC have been set up for an epic fail.

Ya boil it all down and Newt is 100% correct, no matter how much it may pain him to campaign for Romney.
One can either a) back Romney or b) back Obama by default. For any serious, thinking conservative, there is no question on this choice. If Obama is handed another term, he will gleefully finish implementing his fascist blueprint for America. Plans are already in place to go around Congress with XOs, mandates, regulations and any other means necessary to achieve Obama’s remaking of America.
