I got this in an email and it referenced her website, but it only allowed joining or donating, so I linked this to her gov/house website.
I looked back at her website, and it came up with info instead of two lame choices.
This is Her Website, hopefully it opens properly.
What a bunch of dirt tricks, huh?
BTW, purposefully removed all links to fund raising, as we are in a Freepathon to keep FR up and running.
If anyone has extra money after donating to FR, click on the link and you can give some money to her efforts.

Why is a judge deciding the boundaries? I thought that was only in the deep south and a few other states that were deemed to have a history of racial gerrymandering at the time the CRA was passed back in the 60’s.

I’m sorry, Rep. Bachmann, but this is the way politics is played. I’m tired of whiny politician on either side complaining when they get screwed on the redistricting. Want to keep your seat? Have your state population grow at a rate faster than the rest of the country OR have your party in charge when the year ends in 0. Otherwise, expect the worst. By the way, it is not YOUR seat. IF YOU THINK IT IS, then it is time to go.

liberal judges have redrawn the lines of my Minnesota Congressional DistrictWhat is this "my" stuff? The district does not belong to you Michele. It belongs, and always will, to your constituents. Put properly, it is "the congressional district filled with constituents I have the pleasure of representing."

Just as you say “the congressional district filled with constituents I have the pleasure of sharing with?”, right? Shame on her for being both succinct and correct in her phrasing when she could’ve been painfully panderly and verbose instead!

The fact that she is whining about the gerrymandering and that it is unfair to put her in a D-heavy district instead of her old district conveys a sense that the 6th district belongs to her.

At minimum the possession should be termed, “our district.”

Irony is a good word, but “You know what word I’m not comfortable with? Nuance. It’s not a real word. Like gesture. Gesture’s a real word. With gesture you know where you stand. But nuance? I don’t know. Maybe I’m wrong.”
