Two police reports written the night that George Zimmerman shot Trayvon Martin said that Zimmerman had a bloody face and nose, according to police reports made public today.
The reports also note that two witness accounts appear to back up Zimmerman's version of what happened when they describe a man on his back with another person wearing a hoodie straddling him and throwing punches.
In addition, Trayvon Martin's father told an investigator after listening to 911 tapes that captured a man's voice frantically callling for help that it was not his son calling for help.
The new information is part of a trove of documents released by the Florida State Attorney today in the case against Zimmerman, who is charged with second degree murder for the Feb. 26 killing of Martin, an unarmed 17-year-old African American male.

I believe all of the evidence is true and accurate...so why the charge?
Are they that willing to cave to pressure? If they are, it is an absolute miscarriage of justice and will lead to worse things by the race baiters who are pushing this agenda, including Holder and Obama.

Trayvon was a VERY tall athlete who made numerous candid references to drugs and violence to his friends. He’d been suspended from school FOUR times in the last year. He had struck his school bus-driver in the face. They found him with burglary tools and jewelry. He was fond of gangster clothing and dental jewelry. His blood showed he was a habitual user of numerous narcotics, and his knuckles showed he’d been punching something before dying.
Meanwhile Zimmerman’s grand-father was black, he sometimes mentored black yutes and he had a pattern of empathy for local crime victims.

This is the LaCrosse case all over again.
It’s now obvious the prosecutor in this case should be disbarred...hopefully before the government loses the civil suit that’s coming down the pike...

It makes sense if you understand that she was not specially appointed to seek justice, or even get a conviction. She was appointed to satisfy the mob and avoid riots. If she had bullied and badgered Zimmerman into accepting a plea bargain, so much the better, from her viewpoint.

No jury of objective peers would ever convict George Zimmerman of 2nd degree murder. Zimmerman goes free either now, or by jury decision later. Sorry, Obama, sorry hateful Black racists. This special prosecutor is a hack that gave in to political pressure.She only “investigated” the case 2 weeks before bringing charges What she really did was not interview witnesses but merely reviewed the evidence already on file that had been gathered by the Sanford authorities. I believe she overcharged second degree murder even though she does not have the evidence because she is banking on using the higher second degree murder charge to induce the defendant to plead to the lesser involuntary homicide charge.

This is not new information. It is information that was available which the klan with the tan and their house crackers failed to report at the news race hate rallies.
From what I’ve seen so far, the biggest piece of evidence released today isn’t the injuries (and certainly isn’t the THC). Apparently, one of the witnesses reported seeing one person chasing another. This case very well could turn on who was chasing who. If Martin was chasing Zimmerman, then Zimmerman is almost certainly in the clear. If, on the other hand, Zimmerman was chasing Martin, that would just about destroy Zimmerman’s self defense claim. It will be very interesting to see/hear more about that witness statement.
Because of course it makes the idea that Trayvon jumped Mr. Zimmerman in a rage, as Mr. Zimmerman stated, that much more plausible.

Do you have a source of them verifying that he punched a bus driver, I know that he was asked that question in a tweet, but I didn’t know they had verified it.
Corey's case may well be that Zimmerman started the fight, or at the very least provoked the fight. See my last post - it all depends on who was chasing who. If Zimmerman started/provoked the fight, then even if Martin had the upper hand, it is very difficult (as a matter of law) for Zimmerman to claim self-defense.

That would depend on a few things. What did the “chasing” constitute? Was it a full out run, or more akin to the “following” we’ve long heard about? I don’t know the law that well, does chasing constitute an instigation of violence? Would it allow Martin to turn on Zimmerman and engage him physically, or would the chasee be allowed only to meet violence with violence? If chasing is precipitous to violence is it in such a manner as to remove the possibility of asserting self-defense? Or can you defend youself if someone turns on and starts beating you even if you started it by chasing them?
That being said, at least that would be something for the prosecution to go on. So far all they have is Zimmerman having shot him, a following and a so-called “confrontation” instigated by Zimmerman. Also maybe, maybe not abiding what is not a lawful order and not really an order at all. Finally, a supposed depraved mindset based on nothing more than previous dislike of crime and unsupported charges of racial profiling.
If Zimmerman was chasing Martin I don’t know if that would sink his case entirely, but at least it would give the prosecution an excuse for trying him, aside from placating Al Sharpton.
