When a country starts to disintegrate the very first indicator is the courts and the police. Watching the Black Panthers put out a national bounty across the nation on TV for the arrest of Zimmerman and then watching AG Holder sit silently in DC told me what I needed to know. Silence is acquiescence where I come from.

Illegally entering the country is a crime, but this guy was 17 months old when he was brought into the country, so he could not have been legally responsible for the crime of entering the country illegally.
Illegal/unauthorized presence in the country is not a crime in and of itself, but rather a civil violation.

The article says that this guy is being sponsored for a green card/legal status by a relative who is a citizen. There are processes by which people like this guy (e.g., people who were brought into the country as children and have citizen relatives sponsoring them for citizenship) can apply for legal status themselves, without necessarily having to go back to their home country. So, while he does not have legal status, the fact that he has a pending application for legal status may mean that he is not subject to deportation.

Don’t forget his Social Security number, which was originally given to a person who was born in 1896. Such number was issued in Connecticut, a state where Barry has never resided.
Everything about Barry is proof that he is an imposter, IMO.
Perhaps he came here at 17 months, and had no control over tht action.
BUT—he has had control over his actions of attending a school in Chico, another school in Florida, & lying on his applications & NEVER attempting to get his citizenship papers.
