San Jose Mercury News ^ | 5/16/12 | Howard Mintz

The California Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to consider whether the State Bar has the authority to license an undocumented immigrant and allow him to become a practicing lawyer.

In their weekly closed-door conference, the justices unanimously decided to consider the case of Sergio Garcia, an undocumented immigrant from Mexico who graduated from Chico State University, a Florida law school and passed the state Bar exam in July 2009 but has been stalled in his bid to secure his California law license.

They need to send him back to Mexico to practice “law” there. It would serve them right. Maybe Mexico will stop sending them up here to get law degrees. We’ve got more lawyers than we need here already. Let Mexico suffer for their mistake.

If the Ninth Circus does the expected, then we could come up with a new slang term. Instead of calling him a Legal Beagle, a phrase I used to hear as a child, we could call him an Illegal Beagle.

>>Heck, why not? It’s California, for goodness sake. Established law means nothing there.<<

When a country starts to disintegrate the very first indicator is the courts and the police. Watching the Black Panthers put out a national bounty across the nation on TV for the arrest of Zimmerman and then watching AG Holder sit silently in DC told me what I needed to know. Silence is acquiescence where I come from.

Established law means nothing anywhere in this nation unless the sheriff decides that it should be enforced.

as best as I can determine...he's in California because he couldn't get a license to practice law in Florida, because he failed to produce immigration status.....since he is now coming clean.....so any law degree he received from any Florida law school IS BOGUS

Illegal isn’t a race it’s a crime.

Illegally entering the country is a crime, but this guy was 17 months old when he was brought into the country, so he could not have been legally responsible for the crime of entering the country illegally.

Illegal/unauthorized presence in the country is not a crime in and of itself, but rather a civil violation.

The article says that this guy is being sponsored for a green card/legal status by a relative who is a citizen. There are processes by which people like this guy (e.g., people who were brought into the country as children and have citizen relatives sponsoring them for citizenship) can apply for legal status themselves, without necessarily having to go back to their home country. So, while he does not have legal status, the fact that he has a pending application for legal status may mean that he is not subject to deportation.

Don’t forget his Social Security number, which was originally given to a person who was born in 1896. Such number was issued in Connecticut, a state where Barry has never resided.

Everything about Barry is proof that he is an imposter, IMO.

Perhaps he came here at 17 months, and had no control over tht action.

BUT—he has had control over his actions of attending a school in Chico, another school in Florida, & lying on his applications & NEVER attempting to get his citizenship papers.

Just exactly WHERE did this genius expect to be practicing law and passing his Bar exam?????

See the Breitbart article which shows the 1991 brochure in which Obama’s biographical details include the statement Obama was born in Kenya. So, in 1991, Obama is admitted to have been born in Kenya, while it is denied in 2007. The Democrats and the MSM appeqar to be suffering from the loss of mental faculties associated with dementia.
