In a shocking interview yesterday on the Sean Hannity Radio Show, author Ed Klein said Barack Obama’s former pastor helped Obama accept Christianity without having to renounce Islam. The Daily Caller reported:
Klein also said Wright told him he “made it comfortable” for Obama to accept Christianity without having renounce his “Islamic background,” which Klein said he has on tape.

Klein says Obama originally sought out Wright to discuss community activism.
“Quickly the conversations turned from picking up garbage on the street and getting streetlights put up on street corners to political matters and religious matters,” Klein says. “And the Rev. Wright turned into really a substitute father figure, who guided Obama in the two major areas of his life.”
The first area was Obama’s identity — just who was he?
“Obama was steeped in Islam but knew nothing about Christianity,” Klein says.
Klein asked Wright if he converted Obama from being a Muslim into a Christian.
“He said, I don’t know about that. but I can tell you that I made it easy for him to come to an understanding of who Jesus Christ is and not feel that he was turning his back on his Islamic friends and his Islamic traditions and his understanding of Islam,” Klein says.
The second area was Obama’s political philosophy. Wright introduced Obama to Black Liberation theology.

The GOP candidates were asked religious questions about obeying thy husband, creationism, etc.
Ask Barack Hussein Obama if he believes that Jesus Christ walked among men after He was crucified. I want this out in the open since he labels himself a Christian. Barack is on record saying that Jesus is a "historical figure" and that Jesus Christ is NOT the only way to eternal salvation.
I will not let him ride on the coattails of our Savior while secretly holding Him and His followers in contempt.
Barack Obama is an anti-Christ figure who leads the flock astray. He is a deceiver but he knows that without the church going black vote, he's toast. So he lies to them. He lied in 2008 when he told them that he opposed same sex marriage and abortion.
I stand by my statement that it adds nothing new to the debate. His Christianity vs Muslim faith has already been part of the broad debate. This simply underscores the validity of the suspcion.
Now, yes, it’s up to the Hannitys, and other members of the MSM at large to pick up the debate. I won’t hold my breath. But if your answers are to be had, it will have to be through that venue.
Wright in any orthodox sense is not a Christian himself, so how could he introduce Obama to Christianity. Wright’s brand of “Christianity” (which is really Afro-centric Marxism) believes: “A God without wrath brought men without sin into a world without judgment through the ministrations of a Christ without a cross.” (Niebuhr)
Amidst 0’s zero records, there is also zero record of a baptism. Every even slightly orthodox Christian church baptizes new Christians—and we know Obama wasn’t baptized as a baby...so, since he said he’s a Christian, when and where was he baptized?
Well both Romney and Obama are frauds as I see it. Both liars and both have their own interests above that of this country...they simply sing the song of the moment and mood of the country, but I don't think the public is really buying it.
My customers have all said they are completely fed up with the election system....many not voting at all for that.
Today I got another call from the RNC pushing Romney....I got great pleasure telling them I would not be supporting Romney....then of course the song and dance by not doing so I would be splitting the ticket....I of course debated that issue and told them when they can put forth a candidate I can vote for then we'll talk...until then my vote is against both Obama and ROmney and I would be voting down ticket.
The same applies to Romney......
Even Mitt Romney’s faith is a matter of discussion by the MSM in this campaign. Therefore Obama must be made to make his own declaration of faith. It’ll p!ss off his atheist liberal supporters to even pretend to be Christian.
Ask him things like did Jesus walk among men after He died. Did God create the universe or did God spring out of the Big Bang bewildered and surprised by the growth of life on Earth?
There are plenty of ways to make him stutter on these matters.

No priest is likely to ask them to prove they have been baptized.
More religious hypocrisy on your part Jeff...here only 8 days prior to posting this you were deriding NoRedTape for bringing the "religion" of a POTUS candidate into a thread discussion.

What you are doing, following me around like this and picking out my comments to try and attack when I am quoting what Jeremiah Wright said and commenting on it, and then interjecting your attempts to make some type of arcane point about it where you and that issue were not even being discussed (like you have done now on the last five posts) are just pitiful IMHO.
So, keep following me around FR and hounding me, you are only showing your own true colors in so doing.
I will stand on my record any day, and it doesn't involve following people around and trying to smear them in public with such hyperbole.
So...one more time, as I have said to you now on two prior occassions, let's try reason and a sincere attempt to put it to rest. JR called a truce. We have much more to concentrate on than trying to make this personal...like getting as many all-American conservatives into the House and Senate as possible for example.
Give this a rest and lets do that. What do you say?
I know some people even today who will get very angry if you say obama is not a Christian. Interesting that the person getting angry isn’t a Christian so I don’t know how he would know.

He did some advance studies of Islam as I have linked but I can’t document that Wright “was a Muslim”, can you?
