VOTE NO ON EVERY ONE OF THE TAX INCREASES ON THE BALLOT!!

Starve all segments of government, State, County, and City, including schools!!!

There’s nothing wrong that a good honest depression won’t fix!

Spokesperson Lydia Ramos replied. “Most school districts don’t count capital funding” in budget reports. “We obviously are doing our best to pass every dollar down to the classroom.”

Sorry Lydia, just like the success rate of education in California, your "best" crossed into criminal incompetence territory about 30 years ago...

How about a 30% cut instead?

I agree it is clearly criminal incompetence.

Criminal incompetence in the product they have and continue to deliver AND governing body should be charged under the RICO act for Perjury and violation of Civil Rights.

For years we heard testimony on the budgetary demands of the school district only to find that they LIED about capital expenditures for the purpose of individual profiteering.
