It has taken months of bad news, but Democrats increasingly believe that President Obama might just lose his re-election bid.
The latest wake-up call comes in the form of a New York Times/CBS poll showing Republican Mitt Romney in the lead not just among registered voters overall, but with women and independents.

You know? I’m 62 years old and I cannot remember - a single instance - where a President or his FLOTUS ever uttered the phrase “you (meaning he or she) can be POWERFUL”.
Sure, there have been times when the word ‘powerful’ was mentioned, but only in the context of the collective ‘we’ or the United States and/or its military. But this? This is just a true look into this couples’ souls.
This is arrogance of the highest order. It is meglomania and unrivaled hubris combined. They will be the blackest stain on this nation’s fabric for generations to come.

Ideology aside, I think it all comes down to the Stock Market. Have you noticed that Obama’s ratings go up with the Market is up and down when its down? I have. And you can be this Fall that they will pull out all the stops to make the Market go through the roof.

Speaking of the Slimes/CBS poll, I am of the belief that all polling has lost any science it may have had, however UP Chuck Todd from MSNBC is quite upset with this poll.
He says of the CBS/NYTimes poll, it is not scientific and the methodology is not reliable. The thing is is that he is telegraphing that his poll will set things all right with his boss Obama, we have people out in the field now.
Why does the WSJ have anything to do with the NBC poll? Chuck Todd has said on a number of occasions that he has input into the poll such as wording of the questions etc.
Not sure why anybody would trust any poll, whether it`s Fox,Rass, Gallup,whatever.
I imagine the polling will go Obama`s way, because the people that do the polling ALL have an agenda

Almost as bad as our President’s speech and demeanor, was the nauseating fawning over BHO by the women of Barnard College. I haven’t been exposed to anything so revolting since Bill Clinton and the blue dress.
