Now Obama has an excuse to dump Biden for somebody else in the VP slot.
Biden will step down at the end of the term or resign and open door for Hillary. This will reenergize the Democrat base and hopefully give them the “Sarah” bump the Dems are looking for.
This makes Hillary an incumbent for the 2016 race. Scary isn’t it!
