Bloomberg reports that Biden went to Obama yesterday morning to apologize for painting him into a corner on gay marriage:
Vice President Joe Biden apologized to President Barack Obama for making remarks that prompted the president to disclose his support for same-sex marriage before he planned to, according to an administration official.
Biden delivered the apology to the president yesterday morning, before Obama gave an interview to ABC News in which he said he’s had a change of heart and now supports legal gay marriage, the official said.
Biden’s remarks in a May 6 broadcast of NBC’s “Meet the Press” that he is “absolutely comfortable” with same-sex marriage forced the president to speed up his timetable for revealing his position, administration officials said.
“The president has been the leader on this issue from Day One and the vice president never intended to distract from that,” Kendra Barkoff, Biden’s press secretary, said in an e- mail.
Don't worry, Obama's still in charge! Again, who could have forseen that Biden's incessant logorrhea would end up humiliating the president and forcing him to do something with potentially disastrous political consequences?
Biden will step down at the end of the term or resign and open door for Hillary. This will reenergize the Democrat base and hopefully give them the “Sarah” bump the Dems are looking for.
This makes Hillary an incumbent for the 2016 race. Scary isn’t it!

I think the MSM and the Democrat Party realized - after the fact - that Obama may have just lost the election with his endorsement of gay marriage.
They need someone to blame, and that someone is Biden.
The gay creator of Will & Grace came out and said that Biden had made exactly the same comments in a meeting he was in on a couple of weeks earlier—with his White House handlers recording the whole thing. Thus he believes Biden’s bit was scripted and being tested out in that meeting like an out of town tryout testing new material.
