Collusion occuring in Clark County, where the non-PhD superintendent, hatchet man Dwight Jones, possibly the first African-American superintendent of the County, has told administrators to change 2s to 1s, the lowest score on reviews, which is collusion and basically fraud.
More wonders the Obama administration has presided over, torturing teachers and running them out.

Why does having a PhD matter to being a competent superintendent? That's a red herring. The guy is African American, so I have to ask whether we have an affirmative action hire with questionable skills. What kind of track record did he bring to the table that prompted his selection to the position? Does he have a good or back prior track record?

Because, clearly, the former PhD superintendent did a bang up job if he/she had to be replaced due to an “underperforming school” PhDs in bogus ‘disciplines’ like education deserve no respect.
