If you want to get your payoff in Switzerland without them reporting it to IRS you have to be a Swiss citizen. If you are merely a US citizen they'll report it.

I am SICK AND TIRED of this dual-loyalty nonsense. Obama's not even a natural-born citizen, and now we have a fake Tea-Party Congresswoman who fancies herself both an American and a Swiss Miss? To hell with that, I say.
