Obama's Second Term Transformation Plans
American Thinker ^ | May 8, 2012 | Steve McCann

Posted on 05/08/2012 3:05:56 AM PDT by beejaa

..."The overwhelming majority of Americans do not understand that Obama's first term was dedicated to putting in place executive power to enable him and the administration to fulfill the campaign promise of "transforming America" in his second term regardless of which political party controls Congress. That is why his re-election team is virtually ignoring the plight of incumbent or prospective Democratic Party office holders... "The most significant accomplishment of Obama's first term is to make Congress irrelevant. Under the myopic and blindly loyal leadership of Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, the Democrats have succeeded in creating an imperial and, in a second term, a potential dictatorial presidency..."

“That is why his re-election team is virtually ignoring the plight of incumbent or prospective Democratic Party office holders.”

He is toxic to any Dem candidates, so they won’t be looking for his support in November. A lot of Dem careers ended in 2009 and 2010 because of this loser (the only polls I believe - the actual elections on his watch), and like BJ Clinton in 2000 he would actually do more harm than good for most candidates.

My dream is a super majority, conservative house and senate. I believe that under those circumstances, we'd see another impeachment. Note - I didn't say republican.

It is going to be interesting when the Obama team tries to confiscate private pensions, 401K’s, and IRA’s.

Ya’ll ain’t seen nuthin’ yet. During his second term, nobama will rule by imperial decree, better known as the Executive Order. He won’t need Congress at all.

“I believe the author is spot on.”

I believe so myself. Steve McCann IMO is usually.

“All resources must be directed at that end-game and not merely controlling Congress and the various committee chairmanships.”

IOW all resources must be directed at getting rid of Obama period.

Between the Democrats, and the RINO’s, and our Liberties is voter turnout. I don’t recall the disgust, the “why bother!?” that I’m reading into conversations with others nowadays. I believe this to be the weapon the Left is using. Create an atmosphere of inevitability to cause discouragement. This is being done by the Left that comprises the Democrats, and the RINO’s ie; GOP-e as I see it.

No matter who is the republican nominee, we have to vote Obama out in November.

My prediction: Zero will lose the election big time (barring Mark Ritchie style election corruption), and Zero decides to ignore the results entirely, dec;aring the election null and void, with only the CPUSA winning (see my tagline).

The D’rats held congressional hearings on that topic in Dec,2008 - shortly after the elections. A clear signal was sent then...
