He didn’t say he released his delegates though did he?

I just posted this over on the Freep a Thon wondering why none of the Santorum supporters got Ricks message or put it up....he ‘announced his support for Romney via E-mail to his supporters.

Must be not many here got the message it would seem.

...I guess Romney had to get with his people and see if they’d agree to Ricks price. Looks like they did.

Totally expected.

If Mitt did agree with Rick’s terms, it will be a much better country.

“rationalize this.”

Obama MUST BE DEFEATED, or we won’t recognize the U.S.A. in 4 years.

It’s heart breaking that Romney is the nominee, but there are future elections, and we need to slow down the bleeding until then.

Well said.

Was just a matter of time and price.

Akin to crony politics.

It wasn’t about Ricks terms....it was about what Romney’s going to give for Ricks delegates...and why they met her in Pittsburgh. Interesting though he didn’t say he released his delegates..just gave his endorsements. As I’ve been saying Ricky’s the back seat driver in this and has been since he dropped out.

We shall see if Rick gives Romney the delegates with the endorsement....those are the bottom line.

I am a big Rick supporter and this disappoints me quite a bit. I mean, Senator, if you are just going to endorse him in an email, c’mon ... why do it at all? Why does everyone cave?

Quite frankly, our only hope for the Conservative movement is if Romney loses. If he is voted into our camp ... it is over.

Yep....Ricks been holding out for just the right price. Am thinking Romney’s pretty much going to give him what he wants as to position, and probably money to pay his debt off. Rick had nothing to loose in this race....and much to gain in his political career. So he’ll be set. We knew he’d stop at Pa. ...there wasn’t a welcome mat for him here and he knew it and why.

I don’t know if he has specifically directed his delegates to vote for Willard (and they’re under no obligation to do so and absolutely should not). I supported Santorum as a last-ditch effort, but I don’t follow his instructions to support someone antithetical to the Conservative cause and destructive to the GOP. Stopping Willard at the GOP convention is of paramount importance.

I truly don't believe Santorum even wants the VP slot, not with this guy.

Hard to say just yet who the running mate will be. Could be anyone from Bachmann to Pawlenty. In the end, I don't think it's going to matter anyway.
