OH NO!!! Rick endorsed the evil RINO Mormon. Head for cover to avoid debris from exploding heads. :P

After all, a RINO Mormon is much worse than a closet Muslim, Sharia Law loving Marxist.

"What is even more troubling is what a second term of an Obama administration could bring. President Obama's admission to the Russians that he will have more flexibility in a second term can only be translated to 'if you thought I was liberal in the first four years you haven't seen anything yet!' After all, a homo-agenda coddling, abortionist, big government, open borders, tax/fee lovin, constitution-hating, conservative-hating RINO Mormon enabled by congress is much worse than a homo-agenda coddling, abortionist, big government, open borders, tax/fee lovin, constitution-hating, conservative-hating closet Muslim, Sharia Law loving Marxist resisted by congress.

fixed.

My guess is an endorsement is coming, but this email wasn't it.

You quote from the email and then ignore the following paragraph. It to means what it says... 'endorsement'

The Santorum email

snip [emphasis mine]

Above all else, we both agree that President Obama must be defeated. The task will not be easy. It will require all hands on deck if our nominee is to be victorious. Governor Romney will be that nominee and he has my endorsement and support to win this the most critical election of our lifetime.

end snip

That to me says 'endorsement' as of the writing and not at some future time. JMO.

IMO the entire primary process was rigged this go round.

It's been rigged for quite a while, ma'am...'open primaries' designed to help DEMOCRATS select the Republican nominee...

Translation: He needs help paying off his campaign debt, and Romney has promised to help him in exchange for his endorsement.

"Bishop Romney is the highest ranking, most devoted religious leader that either of the parties has ever nominated

He will rise to higher rank during his life after this presidential business is over, and at some point will become a God himself.

Romney is the ultimate religious figure in American politics."

Correction: Romney is a liberal flip-floppin' progressive phony from a non-Christian Cult that bows to the whims of Joe Smith.
The saddest thing is that we may just have to use a vote for Romney to actually cast a vote against Obama. What a pathetic choice.

I agree.....a great letter.

And your response is spot on. Rick, Newt, Michelle Bachmann, Cain, Sarah, all understand that **key concept here**... "Governor Romney will be that nominee and he has my endorsement and support to win this the most critical election of our lifetime."

This point needs to be pounded home by all the conservatives who ran and dropped out of this primary.

I agree with you. Regardless what any politician says, I won’t be voting for Romney.
People call themselves conservatives, but when called to compromise they abandon their positions completely, they bend right over and take whatever comes — while bleating and squealing, “Just you wait! Someday you’ll cross that line in the sand!”
But their heads draw that line straight down.

"I haven’t heard much from ardent Newt supporters since Newt endorsed Romney.

BTW, I’m so glad Free Republic has given us “permission” to express ourselves in this regard.

Isn’t that special!"

You must think so, since you're here, taking advantage of it.

I was a Newt supporter. I didn't get myself tied in a knot when he endorsed Romney, nor do I think it's a big deal that Santorum did. They ALL will at some point. Sarah Palin, whom I like very much, will reluctantly endorse him, too.

Deport is right and I blew it, big time.

I read Rick Santorum’s email late last night when it arrived in my in-box, focused on Santorum’s statement about a future major announcement (which he's said several times recently) and missed a key word in a key sentence near the end of the email. What I thought he said was Santorum would support Romney **IF** he is the nominee, not that Romney “will be that nominee.”

That is a major screwup on my end. The readers of this thread deserve my apology.

I think I need to go get some coffee. I've been up way too long, but that's no excuse when I make a mistake this serious.

Over and out. I have a date with Maxwell House.

blah, blah, blah and the sanctimonious Santorum voted to confirm "wise Latina" Sonya Sotomayor, Obama's 1st choice for the Supreme Court, when Bill Clinton nominated her for the second Circuit Court despite knowing she'd be fast-tracked for the highest court. With no daylight between Santorum and Obama on her fitness to rule, how was Rick ever a credible alternative on judges? That vote put him left of McCain.

It's ridiculous how he became the hope of so many earnest conservatives by wrapping himself in "family values."

I have as much right to be here as you and will continue to express my views. I don’t need “permission” to do that.

"How is Romney going to make it to November without having
to explain Mormonism? Avoiding it till now...

I wish they would of brought it up in the Republican debates."

Very sad that the GOP-e in their infinite RINO wisdom didn't think about that earlier.
