While this article scores high on conventional wisdom and political relevance, it is absurd. There is geological evidence for the comet but none for this sudden overheating. The climate was quite hot then in comparison with today. Geological evidence supports the dinosaurs being in decline near the end. The climate has been in a constant state of change forever. Oh well, I’m sure this will go over well with the folks that want to kill 90% of us to save Gaia.
