I'm suspicious of that wording. I wouldn't be surprised if the "journalist" wrote it that way to make it sound like this program was put in place by Bush. Yet it could have been done under Obama's watch, going back two or three YEARS.
Yet it’s true that Bush did release terrorists from Gitmo who went on to work in Al Queda cells and plot terrorist attacks. The idea that our current Great Leader would still be doing this after we already know detainee releases failed under Bush is disgusting and a disgrace.
