The Sunday Morning Bray, by Bray!
They have told the church about your LOVE. You will do well to send them on their way in a manner worthy of God. 3 John 1:6
While all of the establishmedia is crowing about how wonderful their fellow Occucommies are changing the political landscape the Tea Party is quietly winning another election. What the mediots dont understand about the Tea Party is that it no longer is a protest but has become a philosophy. America clearly understands the basic ideals it represents of smaller gummit and more freedom for private industries and citizens. They also understand the opposite which is represented by the Occuthugs and its Head Organizer in Chief of a larger and more oppressive excessive District of Corruption. Over the past three years we have witnessed the largest expansion of a Soviet style regime which made its crowning jewel of DeathCare.
What we have seen from the Tea Ps is a movement from the streets to the campaigns. While the commies, unions and anarchists were celebrating their hero, Vladimir Lenins birthday; Americans were watching with disgust and outrage while the TP was organizing. They have become the community organizers of the Right as they build their neighborhoods and strategizing for the upcoming elections. While the thugs and bums were breaking windows and plotting to blow up bridges many of us were knocking on doors and hearing the concerns of the people.
While the punks were terrorizing businesses and stopping traffic the Tea Party was working to build a growing consensus that communism never has and never will work economically, socially or politically. It is becoming more and more obvious people are tired of Premier Obama and his anger. Everybody knows although nobody says it that he is not only not liked, he is despised by millions in both parties. Like a couple of lifelong Dems we talked to who said that Black Racism Obama caused them to switch Parties in the last two years. Why should any White person vote for a guy who hates them?
Obama and his occupied brain trust have a couple major problems in transforming this country into the communist paradise the Soviet Union and Cuba didnt have. First is Americans are decent people who have an understanding of what is right and wrong which is where the Tea Party came from. The second bigger issue is the internet and the free flow of the truth. When the left tries to spread their lies like Obamacare being a great program for the average person a blogger from Cleveland actually reads the bill and starts dissecting the problems with gummit run healthcare. That blog is posted on the wall of the virtual echo chamber and begins bouncing around and eventually gets picked up by larger and larger megaphones traveling coast to coast in less time than it takes to print a copy of the Red Star Gazette.
With the internet, all ideas have a chance to surface and actually enter the war of ideas. As these ideas are debated the stronger ones generally will win out while those that cant be defended fall back to the ash heap of history. With the internet clearinghouse we are finding conservatism reemerging while socialism is being destroyed intellectually. How many times can you say that gummit is the only place that fairness is being promoted when people only have to look at it and know there is nothing fair about gummit? How many times do you have to look at an unemployment number and know the numbers are being politicized from bureaucrats favorable to the President or their own ideology? This is like old Russia when Pravda would sing the praises of a wonderful economy and harvest while people would go to the stores with empty shelves then trudge home to their shared apartment. For the old Russians or current Americans it is the old saying, Who are you going to believe, the Stone Age Press or your lying eyes? Everybody knows and especially the reporters that this economy is in a Depression.
The good news is the Tea Party is riding to the rescue. This is not a partisan group as much as it is a political ideal. It is hated by both parties because it cannot be controlled like the Occuturf. The TP is not only upset with the DNC they are purging the RNC of its turncoat politicians and bringing in true fiscal and social Conservatives who will not bend to the wills of DC. This is critical for saving our country and the people are reacting to this in ways we have not even begun to witness. These primaries and petition movements have been historic and we will be seeing even more history in the very near future. They have captured the imagination of America and the world by espousing true American values of putting more power in the hands of the people where it belongs according to our Founders.
The lines of the battle have been formed between the Tea Party and the Occu-rapists. Hope and Change has Come and Gone, leaving a very clear understanding of what this President believes. He is as pure a Marxist as we have witnessed in a politician and wants to turn America into Cuba. The Tea Party rejects both candidates and wants a small localized gummit that would represent the people and not the central planners who want to control every part of you and the economy. There couldnt be a more distinct choice and although this election will be a landslide in both the presidency and congress there is a bigger election taking place inside the minds of the American people. This election is the turning away from all the socialist programs and an elimination of the physical and mental enslavement they require. When this election of the American mind is won we will once and for all become the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave as God and our Founders designed.
Pray for America
Note: The above opinion is not necessarily mine, but FReeper Brays. If you wish to discuss this, please ping Bray.
One of your best Bray! This has been my hope for the TP.
Good name for him. I usually think it, but refer to him as Hitler.
This is because he is one. If you met him, and discussed politics with him, he would slander, misrepresent, and lie about your positions and ideas. This is what Assholerod’s do.
He’s mean-spirited, a weasel, and a jerk. What else would you call him?
And he looks exactly like that guy who tied Nell to the railroad tracks.
I don’t think this is a coincidence.
That was my original nickname for him.
Nicely, done, bray. Nicely done.
Rubio should be interesting. [Is FNS pushing him for the VP slot? I think he may be more ‘moderate’ than conservative.]
Otherwise, it looks mostly like another retread weekend.
It might be interesting to track viewership and see whether it increases or decreases when the line-up includes: McCain, Gingrich, Schumer, Feinstein, Dean, Biden ...
My personal choice for nicknames has always been “Convict”.
With all of the other candidates for that role in this administration, that will naturally have to have a number....
(BBL, got to get daughter and grandkids on their way.)
FNS clip
Biden: Osama bin Laden is dead; General Motors is alive.
[Biden paused, but still didn’t get any audience reaction for that comment.]
FNS
Wallace wants a lightning round with Rubio and tells him to keep responses short.
Wallace then proceeds with a rambling question about Iran.
Rubio responds with a lengthy reply on the problems with Iran.
Romney had a guest column in the Cleveland Plain dealer yesterday. This was significant because they gave him the space when he asked, or he was invited (even better).
Basic point was “Where are the jobs?”
It was a pretty good column, and even touched on the “oceans stopping rising” type promises.
I try to watch Wallace ... but it’s become an unbearable chore. :)
Excellent stuff!!!
Biden is now for gay marriage...
he says “ Who do you love?”
these Libs have never left the 60’s...who was the rock-blues guy that sang that?
Now Biden..Giving Obozo ALL the credit...for Bin Laden.
this is unbelievable.A total commercial.
LOL.....
perfect!
It's Bush's fault.
George Thorogood.
Okay, Marco Rubio....
....first I would LOVE for him to be the VP nominee. He’s young, he’s personable, he’s conservative.
Couple things on his interview...oh, reminds me....HE CAN TALK. Let’s throw out that rule that Republicans in the public spectrum need to talk like Captain Queeg McCann or Mumbles McConnell or even doublespeak Boehner.
First, he mindlessly repeats that silly mantra that “he’s a nice guy”...this time about Biden. Most times the pubs say that about Obamer and I want to slap them silly.
I know the polls always have Obamer’s likeability way high and of course the MSM, desperately, repeats that silly and meaningless statistic. Every person I’ve ever fired or known to be fired for doing a lousy job....EVERY ONE....the meme begins with...”he (or she) is a very nice person”.
Somebody tell the world that very nice people can DO LOUSY JOBS. Being a nice person, go with me on this, does not make one a fine and competant employee.
Also, about this Dream act. Oh I know the meme....”these are young people brought to this country through no fault of their own” and us boobs out in la la land for so long desperately trying to get some kind of sensical immigration system, are supposed to feel guilty for being so mean.
Lookit, a sensible immigration system is not allowing millions of illegal aliens into your country and some 18 years later making all their CHILDREN legal. A sensible immigration system is setting up and protecting borders, having a detailed and followed system to allow those people in our country who meet our requirements and to follow up that they are doing what they agreed to do for citizenship.
They mock us and call us names but stick to it folks. I remember Reagan and that great big amnesty thing. We all said okay....THIS TIME, let’s make them all legal.
The promise by the politicos was that going forward we will set up a system to protect our borders and have a sensible, trackable system.
Just because the politicians kept kicking the can down the road until once again those of us who carry this country on our backs and understand such as fences, doors and locks, are mocked for being mean.
Cause if you just let their children, boom, become citizens....you will have thereby created an immigration system that allows illegals to sneak into our country, drop their babies....and there you have it...America’s immigration system.
NO WE DON’T WANT THAT.
Not saying I’m against the Dream Act. Saying we need to think this thing through, we need to never let that travesty of granting amnestity every thirty years or so to be our de facto immigration system.
Cause it’s a problem and while I like Rubio, I’ll not fall thunk for a wave of a manicured hand that I should not be mean to little Ricardo whose parents were illegal immigrants.
I’m not that dumb I say to these politicians.
I was born at night, but not LAST NIGHT.
THANK YOU!
I will now not go crazy trying to google it or have it in my brain.ha.
“WHO DO YOU LOVE???”
ABO!!!
Thanks for thread AB. Great horse race yesterday. Bodemeister reminds us that one must run hard through the finish line. Use every last ounce of effort, sweat, tears, and toil to halt the Obama scourge!
Biden: Osama bin Laden is dead; General Motors is alive.
Hinting once again that had Osama just unionized Al Queda, Obama would have not ordered him killed. A warning to all those scab labor terrorism groups out there.
Oh, I think you should bring up Pandora and listen to George Thorogood Radio for a couple of hours.
Good morning, Alas Babylon.
Nobody talk to me now. I’m in love.
It’s hard to talk about Fox when it is such a nothingburger. The panel had nothing to talk about except Juan defending his hero and the Conservatives being above the fray. They are pure Country Club.
Yeah, that lightning round was hilalrious. One word questions, one word answers.
Rubio is personable and knowlegeable and a good speaker.
However, in the Wallace interview, he did fumble a few words and responses. Those would be overlooked at this time. If, however, he became the VP nominee, those kinds of phrase-fumbles could be disastrous. He would be better served by taking a moment to think and formulate a response, rather than rendering an off-the-cuff commentary.
That just shows up his current level of political inexperience.
Biden/Obama can get away with those kinds of blunders, as the MSM covers for them. The Republican VP nominee would be skewered for similar blunders.
Conclusion: Rubio needs more political experience before he is ready for the national stage. [Recall how they literally destroyed Palin in 2008.]
will try that....
The argument that any benefits given to ‘anchor’ babies or children brought here at an early age or children born here to illegals is an incentive for people to come here is bogus.
(not saying you said, that fish, just saying)
That’s not what people who come here are thinking about at all.
The only solution to illegals coming in is To Stop Them from coming in.
I thought Rubio’s solution sounded reasonable.
And, by the way, people, if you hate the thought of a Dream Act, better get Obama out.
Anchor babies already have a good case that they are citizens by virtue of being born in the USA. If it ever goes to the Supreme Court, I think they would win.
I know they would win if Obama appoints a couple more judges.
I don’t support Rubio because I think the Hispanic vote is fractured into people from different countries. Cubans are not nuts about Mexicans and vice versa. So he will not draw many Latinos in.
More importantly, he has no real executive experience, which is a drawback to me.
I do believe, however, that his parents were legal immigrants, refugees from Cuba.
I actually watched the entire interview and didn’t notice any fumbles.
Got specifics?
“Conclusion: Rubio needs more political experience before he is ready for the national stage. [Recall how they literally destroyed Palin in 2008.]”
One big difference: Rubio is their boy. Palin was being undermined by members of her own party. Rubio has less experience than Palin with less charisma. But he has a pretty face and he’s the right demographic. They will circle the wagons and protect him - something they never did for Palin.
Romney and Rubio together look like Batman and Robin to me.
The millionaire and his boy sidekick.
If together they can save the world - I guess that’s okay. And maybe that’s the image the GOP is going for.
Thanks pg, it needed to be stated and where it is going. Can you imagine what your avg Teamster must be thinking that he is supporting Occupy? Where is the rank and file when their leaders are actively working with America haters?
Pray for America
You comment on how fresh and smart Rubio seems now. I agree. But I also recall, as you may also, Dan Quayle. In the months leading up to GHW Bush’s nomination, Indiana Senator Quayle was making the rounds as a bright, very well spoken fresh voice of conservatism. He was a former journalist, ran a family owned newspaper, etc. Seemed like a great choice for VP. Then when it happened, the roof fell in. Basically media Palinized him. Asked him the most inane questions which caught him off guard and bewildered him. He lacked preparaton and handlers. I think his relentless vetting started the second he stepped out of that mobile trailer where he met with Bush outside convention hall. Now he is a remembered as a joke and a mistake. [Oh, if only O was treated thusly by media]
Well that’s not fair.
We can’t talk to you?
You’re in love?
Who you in love with? Do tell.
But Marco Rubio could play himself in the movie ! :)
Personally, I’m for Paul Ryan but Rubio made an excellent argument about the negative aspects of too much ‘experience’ in Washington, DC. And I think he is right about that.
The status quo stuff just seeps into your soul up there.
I think Perry could have maintained his focus but it will be hard to do.
Liz Cheney would have to take a pay cut to be a representative but I hope she goes into politics. We could use a woman like her.
Yabut, were they naturalized before he was born?
I think selecting Rubio because he is ‘hispanic’ would be a really bad idea.
Most of the ‘hispanics’ in this country are Mexican. Rubio did point out that hispanics are suffering more under Obama’s policies. That goes for blacks as well, of course, but blacks will vote for Obama even if he calls them ‘the help.’
There are other reasons to consider Rubio. He brings youth and likeability, cannot be intimidated or befuddled by the press (Chris tried) and is kind of a breath of fresh air.
But although his experience is more valid than Obama’s, he is rather inexperienced. Maybe next time.
Why should we fall for the identity politics. Who says the Mexicans are going to leave the plantation when the DNC will offer them all sorts of goodies starting with Amnesty.
How about the Repubs for once choose somebody for their qualifications rather than what group they need to pander to. They will never win that way.
Paul Ryan would be a great choice and put the discussion right where it needs to be, the economy and budget. Newt would even be better or Bachmann, Santorum.
Pray for America
Great stuff as usual bray and thanks for posting everything you do AB much appreciated.
Rush was all over the Tea party accomplishments earlier this week and they have turned out to be one of the greatest allies freedom and justice has in the country.
Not only do they go after the left but squishy rinos are endangered as well.
Everyone from the Maine sisters to Orren Hatch/McQueeg and many others are now considered endangered species without any protection thanks to the Tea Party.
One of the greatest things of all is that after the Nov. election, as long as this:
http://patriotupdate.com/articles/what-is-scytl-why-should-you-be-very-very-concerned
does not happen, we will have many more reps at all levels and a new potus as well. The Tea party can take much of the credit.
Our election process is based on free and fair elections. Should that be taken away from us as has happened in Russia under the dictatorship of Vlad pootin’ and others we are in big trouble.
And then the photo-op moment is described like their watching the NBC Movie of the Week, all this sudden nail biting high anxiety if the Troops all are going to make it out ok. Thats a mission these Troops train for, they are well aware of the risk, and beyond that thank God these Troops are the Patriots of the USA! And now finally, if you are so worried, go do something about the road-side bomb factories, Iran, Pakistan, where-ever they originate from, in a vicious, dont tread on us warning to the next wanna-be terrorist harboring state.
I predict THat Marco will kick Wall asses butt big time.
AB, let me thank you now for doing this thread before I forget.
Did I just hear the VP of the US say that “Will & Grace” taught us more about homosexuality than most anything else?
I don’t want to sound intolerant, because I’m not. But I am so sick about this rampant homosexual culture going on here and I really hated that Will and Grace show. THAT show’s title-named homosexual was absolutely nothing like your average homosexual, I gotta bridge to sell to anybody that bought it.
I live right in the hive of a hotbed of homosexuality here in Delaware. Only they’re very conservative, generally wealthy, mostly love their country and don’t go marching naked or in pink feathers nor do they demand same-sex marriage. They want a good economy, they want their privacy, they don’t want our country attacked, they want something done about this massive problem with illegal aliens....NOT WAIT! Heh. Much like their heterosexual breathren, you think?
I know it’s anecdotal but I’ll say it....every homosexual I’ve known, and with a hairdressing family I’ve known more than average not to mention living in Delaware’s Fire Island, got sick early and died young. Probably AIDS I guess but I dunno.
I know that homosexual sex is against nature and they’re not going to beat me up with their collective political correctness.
Still and so, I respect the lifestyle choice of others that they choose, or were born to I dunno, as adults.
I’ll always want marriage to be between two opposite sex adults cause you start changing, soon enough I shall be able to marry my dog...why not? I love my dog!
Like Biden just said on Meet the Press....”Who do you love?”
