So, how do 'they know' ~ one way is simple ~ run Move Update against your voter registration files once a year ~ all the forwarding orders on file with USPS will give away those moves.

You can do that with welfare rolls as well ~ and I've seen it done. First time it happened it cleared out half the beneficiaries.

But they don’t do that or almost anything else needed to keep the records clean. I’m getting ready to send in the documents necessary to remove my mother from the voter roles due to her death. If I don’t remove her she’ll still be there for some Democrat to vote for her (after all they know her intentions. Don’t they?)
