How in the world is anyone buying these unemployment numbers?

If we’re adding 115,000 jobs and having over 360,000 filing new unemployment claims each week, how in the world can the UE numbers be going down?

The power of encumbancy. People are afraid of losing their jobs or worse so they lie.....or maybe I just watch too much television like in the new TV show “Scandal” where the woman knocked up the the President just got kidnapped before her press conference. Would Obummer hurt someone? In a Chicago minute! The Clinton’s got rid of their enemies and no one seems to care.

115,000 working people probably die each month. I don’t know the figures but a whole lot do die each month.

Unemployment rate is:

number of people looking for work
--------------------------------------------------------------
number of people looking for work + number of people working any job.

When you reduce the number of people looking for work because they just gave up under the Obama economy, then unemployment goes down. And that doesn't even count the number of people working who want a full time job but can only scrounge up a part time job.

Don't be surprised if they tighten up the definition of "looking for work" between now and November. Right now you are looking for work if you can accept a job immediately (not when you get done with classes next month) and have mailed or posted a resume or application in the past four weeks. Reduce that to two weeks and eliminate relatively passive posting of the resume on the internet so you only count actual mailing or in person filing and the unemployment rate drops instantly.

So, 360,000 people applied for unemployment, we gained 115,000 jobs and 520,000 left the job market. Because the job pool shrank by 520,000 (the denominator) the unemployment percentage decreased from 8.2% to 8.1%.

The above numbers come from different surveys. What you have to be aware of is the total job market is decreasing and this is VERY BAD.

This tells us that the job market is getting smaller and smaller. This is lucky for Obama because he can fool MSM and Dummycrats. Obama is saying that unemployment is going in the right direction when in reality there is NO JOB MARKET for people looking for jobs. Only 63.6% of Americans are in the labor force. It is disappearing. 88 Million Americans are not in the job force who should be in the job market. Unfreakinbelievable.

VERY BAD!
