Whoo Boy! If you didn't know that Mitt threw conservatives under the bus in the primary, read this article!
Can you believe the spinning that Romney and his people are doing now?
Fehrnstrom recast Romney as the mastermind behind the successful rescue.
His position on the bailout was exactly what President Obama followed, Fehrnstrom said. He said, If you want to save the auto industry, just dont write them a check. That will seal their doom. What they need to do is go through a managed bankruptcy process.
The only economic success that President Obama has had is because he followed Mitt Romneys advice, he added.

A couple hundred of us could post the exact same thing on this thread:
Told you so!
But that is little condolence.

Okay, let me get this straight. Some turd from the Brookings Institute claims this, offers absolutely no proof and this is valid simply because everyone hates Romney.
Despite the history of the Brookings Institute.
Ooooookay!

This is a lose-lose proposition all the way around.
Either:
A) Romney as Obama-lite will not play well and give us 4 more years of the Marxist-in-Chief, or;
B) Romney will win and he will disavow any association to Conservative principles; and, not only stab us in the back, but stab us in the front as well.
Like I said, a lose-lose proposition.

Voting for Romney is like
The brigde on the river Kwai. The Brit thinks he is achieving a good goal by building a bridge for Romney but then realizes to save conservatism the bridge must be destroyed.

So, what exactly has Romney done to move toward the center? I read the article and didn’t see anything. Maybe I missed it.

Ah Yes, Romney has about as much gumption as Millard Filmore to End Slavery, or Tom Dewey to halt the New Dealers
What a Loser! (which is why the GOP ran him, so they won't have to Roll Back Ubama's socialist "gains")

You don’t need Brookings. Listen to Romney himself. He’s now in full bore big tent pander mode.
