It was a local CBS affiliate that reported the story. CBS national news, CNN, ABC, NBC, and FOX so far have not touched the story with a 10 foot poll. When Sheriff Arpaio came out with this story back in March I knew the majority of the networks would ignore it. What surprised me was Fox News ignoring it also. O'Reilly has said before that anyone that thinks Obama was not born in the states is a "kooky conspiracy buff". Fox News kisses Obama's ass like the rest of the media does.
Please pass this on and make it viral. Every American Citizen needs to see this. Let's hope the major networks finally start doing their jobs and reporting the truth. CBS has decided to go against the powerfully wealthy and highly influential Bilderburg Group and report the whole truth for once! Move over Fox News. I was shocked to watch this video on a CBS station report the truth about the 9 layers of Obama's specious birth certificate and how there never was an actual birth certificate existing in Hawaii . I found it not only enlightening to watch but found a compelling need to pass it on.
The major media is finally forced to do the job an unbiased press should have done 4 years ago! Wake Up America, before it's too late! Four more years of Obama would be just too toxic a term for the USA from which we might never recover.

However, at this point it is disappointing that despite having “Probable Cause” that the BC is indeed fake, Sheriff Arpaio has not taken any action to Indict Obama.

I did not say that a sheriff can indict.
Instead, I said that “Sheriff Arpaio has not taken any action to Indict Obama.”
Arpaio has probable cause and proof that the birth certificate is a forgery and with Probable Cause, the sheriff can go to a judge and seek a warrant for an arrest and can present evidence to the District Attorney.
There needs to be an indictment against Obama and it needs to be soon.
For all we know, he has asked for an indictment and the prosecutors are the ones doing nothing, unless you have other information.
Under what authority does a Sheriff have to indict a sitting POTUS?
Arpaio can only go after the ‘forgers’ of the documents.
Not the president.
And that’s what the case is based on.
Proving a forgery and finding the forgers.
If he can do that, the rest will take care of itself.
If nothing else, if proven to be valid, it could be grounds for removing Obama from the ballot in Arizona.
I don’t see why he has not presented his evidence to the DA as a crime has been committed in his jurisdiction and the evidence goes for beyond probable cause.
That would be great, but it assumes that the others that would be involved to do so have the you know what to do it.

I guess I’ve missed something. When did a sitting POTUS become above the law. They are citizans first. And if the law does not aply equally to all citizens then it does not aply to all and we have already lost our freedom.

Not only that, but you have to PROVE that Obama was complicit in the actually forgery and or conspiracy.

If you don’t think that ‘deny-ability’ hasn’t been planned from the beginning, then you don’t know Obama.
Even proving the document is a forgery won’t prove that Obama knew about it or that there isn’t a ‘real’ BC out there.
BUT, if they can prove that the documents were fake, then they will have a better shot at getting at any records (or lack thereof) of O’s.

Actually the neighborhood that we're in is serviced by an underground well, there are about 200 homes that get their water from it.
We go to water board meetings and there are plans in place if electric power should somehow be lost. I think if TSHTF scenario ever really hits, we would become a very tight community.
