it’s time people were prosecuted.

As a recent graduate of parsing101, I can say this about that; “Our mandate is to go after the wrongful acts of
government or to review for reorganization laws already passed.” Don’t expect indictments. They’re going after the acts, not the perpetrators of those acts.

I know full well the entire idea of indictments is fantastical.

Issa is just grandstanding, to what end I can’t tell, but he has no more interest in fixing the problem than obama does.
