The writing has been on the while for quite some time. Instead of hand wringing and wailing; we need to, as conservative, become introspective, and analyze where and how we went wrong; and what can be done to prevent the same situation from occurring again. I was hopeful after the disaster that was 2008 we would do that; but for all the outrage, not one primary was closed, not one change was made to to alter the primary process.

I have posted this on other threads/blogs. Being Conservative, for a teen, is the new rebellion. My 18 year old son, a senior, and his friends have caught onto to consevatism; capitalism; and the fake media. They actually listen to talk radio on their phones (earbuds) to challenge their AP History and Current Events teachers...(respectfully—but load w/facts).
Who wants to agree with their unionista teachers (whose contracts are causing the loss of sports programs)? One of their teachers is the Union building rep...when these young registered to vote, they brought their. Adds in to show they registered Republican. Some of the girls are coming around to the right as well. Issues like “school issued baseball caps not permitted in class—but a sudden “conversion” of religion allows headscarves to be worn and ‘respected’”. These kids “get it.”
There is hope.
