Absolutely. This is a smart move on his part. Unfortunately for him, he will likely be called to the stand at trial.
Still, this gives him time to get his family hunkered down in parts unknown.
I firmly believe the fix is in, but if Zimmerman is unexpectedly acquitted and cut loose, the animals will riot and loot from coast to coast. You don't want to be anywhere near a concentrated Democrat parasite nest ("city") when the riots and fires start.
