President Obama is off on Air Force One tomorrow, this time for another summit in Latin America.
Not that much will get accomplished at the two-day Summit of the Americas in Cartagena, Colombia, the sixth in an ongoing series.
As with pretty much anything Obama is doing these days, the trip has more to do with election year politics at home than foreign affairs in countries that most Americans hardly ever think of unless they're featured on a popular TV show like "NCIS," as Cartagena was this week.
The Democrat wants to be seen lavishing attention on the homelands of many American Hispanics, now the fastest-growing voting bloc. He's received considerable criticism for not delivering his promised immigration reforms.
On the way to Colombia, the president will stop briefly in Tampa Friday not to hail this summer's Republican National Convention there, but to talk up Latin America trade in an important state come Nov. 6.

The pandering isn’t even subtle any more. I so wish his little procession would get treated to an eyefull of the real Mexico! But it won’t get covered much because they kill journalists in Mexico.
Scroll down for pictures from yesterday.....and have a strong stomach.

Bambi despises Latin America. His only buds there are Chavez, Castro, and the leaders of the (relatively) newly Marxist countries, Bolivia, Nicaragua and Ecuador.
The Brazilians and the Argentines are leftists, but they’re off in their own special space and who knows what they’re up to.
Zeero is coming to Colombia!

This past week has been the slowest on immigration news I can recall seeing. Have a great weekend...
