Your post contains the reasons why I think the best that can be attained is a hung jury, if it goes to trial. Some members of the jury will vote guilty no matter what evidence is presented.
Foreman of the jury will be an African American either on Welfare or a Government employee. Hope for one white juror brave enough to report juror intimidation.
