The talking heads on TV are responsible for this. Unfortunately, there’s not much that the local police can do about that, and the Justice Department is cheering them on.
Maybe a few good tort lawyers might be able to do something, but there’s not much money in gangs of black youts, so they’d have to go after the networks.

This points up the absurdity of the idea that African Americans can’t commit hate crimes.
