I can’t stand that crap show or network either, but I think it’s important for her to appear on venues like that, because scores of people who don’t listen to conservative talk radio or watch Fox or lurk on websites like this watch that show. They will see that she’s not what the drivebys make her out to be.

Not only that but she takes no crap from them talks back and can hold her own among the supposed “pros”.

If you have satellite or cable they monitor everything you watch and that information is used in ratings calculations. You don’t need to be a Nielsen family. Satellite and cable data is also used to determine viewing numbers.

She also said conservatives will coalesce around the R candidate by election time. She must not be a Freeper.

Some FReepers have the same slogan as Palin. Anyone but ozero.
NBC will be sorry they put Palin ,a real person, up against all those plastic Bi_ches. The comparison is staggering, she really shows them up.

Fmr. Gov. Sarah Palin; did fine, she (vigorously) defended HER conservative standards with gusto!;
Matt "light-shoes" Lauer; (otho) showed he's (very willingly/robotically :) shilling for the White Hut.

I haven’t watched network morning shows for years. It really is eye opening. With all the current topics to choose....they fill time with issues that don’t matter to any ones life. Good to see Sarah. Like her role in politics better, this is very dummied down.

Yeah, don’t you love those who would rather let Obama have a second term while pouting that their candidate didn’t get the “R” nod? I like Palin’s “Anybody but Obama” proclamation. None of the candidates are perfect but each are far better than Zero.

So sad but true. I am hopeful that many of those who refuse to support anyone but “their” candidate will come around and see the light. The stakes are really high. We stand to lose our way of life if zero is elected again. putting ones personal choice ahead of the future of the country is really juvenile.

She’s supposed to be on more in the next hour but I thought she did great in this hour with Matt Lauer. She’s giving Today a big ratings boost.

It doesn’t matter how dumb it is. It allows a whole bunch of people who don’t know better to see she’s not the evil moron that the media portrays her as.

This is not only good for Palin, but it undercuts the media playbook on her. Good chess move, on her part.

Agree, I was commenting more about the media. It is torturous to sit through. Assuming for some people, this and similar MSM is their main source of information.

She’s never said she’s for Romney. Big difference from some others. Just saying anyone but Obama is pretty standard. Does anyone really expect her to say “No, Matt, I’m not happy with him, he’s a total fraud and a phony”?

I don’t think she’ll ever full out endorse Romney. It’ll always be as part of this anyone but Obama line. Honestly, I don’t think Romney and his people want her to endorse him so it works out for both of them.

And I think this interview shows why so many women on the left can’t stand her. To be her age, have that many pregancies and kids, have achieved all that success and power, to have a loving and supportive family, a hunk and a real man’s man of a husband...to have all that and more and to still look that fine... Well, they just can’t abide by that.

Gov. Palin was thoughtful, provocative,
kind, careful, well prepared, poised and funny.
