Someone just wants a race war don’t they.

People like this, when things blow up should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

So one “lynching” (Martin) deserves another (Zimmerman “bounty”)?

Rep. Jan Schakowsky: “You Don’t Deserve To Keep All Your Money”

http://blog.heritage.org/2011/09/14/congresswoman-jan-schakowsky-you-dont-deserve-to-keep-all-your-money/

Rep. Jan Schakowsky: Democrat Socialist-Chicago, IL.
(I kept notes around the time of the Obama”care” debacle, but, unfortunately, no links to her quote-I think she referred to a woman named Louise Malice?):
“That old woman wouldn’t be eligible at her age-she’d get “end of life care” counseling. Besides, she wouldn’t get care for 4 years, anyway.”

One man, no matter how evil you consider that man to be, can not perform a lynching.

A lynching is the act of a MOB.

A mob doesn’t care about rule of law, or rules of evidence or rules of any kind.

Just ask Al, or Jesse... or Jan Schakowsky.

If you have ever heard this woman speak, you would know she is a certified moron. She should be deported just for the hell of it.

It's obvious. I wonder how come the media hasn't picked up on that? (Not really, I know why.)

Good to see Rep. Schakowski is upholding the principles of due process and presumption of innocence (rolls eyes).

I’m wondering if she was one of the folks who tried to pin Jared Loughner’s murderous actions on Sarah Palin? Wouldn’t be surprised at all.

“Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky, D-IL, heated up the rhetoric surrounding the Trayvon Martin case by calling it ‘A Modern-Day Lynching’”

The Congresswoman is right, but not in the way she thinks. Mr. Zimmerman is be lynched in the press and liberal circles like congress. Instead of letting the legal system work, they are corrupting and disrupting the process. IF Mr. Zimmerman is trully guilty of anything, then they are messing up to possibility of him receiving a proper trial. Plus, there is a strange lack on non-reporting on unsavory details about deceased Master Martin.

I am horrified that groups can openly call for Mr. Zimmerman’s assasination outside the law to avenge his alleged crime. Or “leaders” like Sharpton can advocate essentially riot and insurrection and go without incarceration.

Personnally, I am sick of hearing about this. Persons on both sides need to get this out of the media for trial. Let the system do its job.

It MAY well be that Florida’s laws on “stand your ground” need to be tightened up. I am leaning in the direction that anytime even a case of “justified homocide” occurs, it should be subject to investigation. Of course, the presumption of innocence should be assumed for the person that “defended” themselves.

I don’t remotely think that Mr. Zimmerman set out to kill Master Martin, but I suspect he acted imprudently. For instance, was he acting in an official capacity (even a legitimate homeowner’s sanctioned neighborhood watch)? Or was he essentially choosing to “play police.” He authority in that case should end with him contacting 911, not tailing a suspect. His actions “May” have provoked Master Martin. Now on the flip side. Why did Master Martin, although potentially “provoked” respond by beating Mr. Zimmerman in a rather brutal manner that caused Mr. Zimmerman to use deadly force because of fear for his life?

Thus, Mr. Zimmerman should not have been “questioning” Master Martin, but Master Martin should not have been “kicking the butt” of Mr. Zimmerman. Mr. Zimmerman was imprudent to put himself into the situation he did, but the young Master Martin was not justified in committing potential aggravated assault on Mr. Zimmerman.

It was never the intent of the Florida legislature (or the NRA) that this law would be used to allow someone to provoke a situation that would then require deadly force. So, Mr. Martin did act in self defense and exercised, I believe, justified homocide. However, was he within the intent of the law to have followed and “maybe” provoke young Master Zimmerman? I don’t think so. Thus, we are in a conundrum that needs to be handled by the prosecuting authorities in the jurisdiction this occured. I do not think “manslaugter or homocide” can be proven in a court of law, but I suspect that Mr. Zimmerman’s actions leading up to the incident are what should be considered for review.

Should I be able, because I have a concealed carry permit, be able to use lethal force on someone I, even unintentionally, set up to attack me. IF this be the case, we can expect more situations like this to occur. However, can we allow individuals, like Master Martin, to open a can of whoopass because someone ticked him off? There appears to be error on both sides here.

I don’t have the answers. Although I am NRA and an advocate for a reasonable right to be armed and protect myself and family from harm even in public....I don’t think it allows me to be a form of vigilante. Mr. Zimmerman’s imprudence is going to hurt others with concealed carry permits. “Stand my Ground” is a way to protect those that probably cannot readily retreat from a sudden life threatening situation...and to give them protection from overzealous and anti-self protection DAs. But it doesn’t exist for someone to play cop and then have to kill another person they provoke.

Maybe, just maybe, the self=defense statutes in FL need to be revised to preclude incidents like this from happening. IF this is what happened.

“Mr. Zimmerman is be lynched in the press and liberal circles like congress.”

And ironically, Zimmerman(Democrat) would have voted for Schakowsky if he had lived in her district.

... Commie b*tch.

Funny you should say that....

Uhuru Movement

Snip: The African People's Socialist Party (APSP) is the organization that built and leads the Uhuru Movement. The APSP is committed to the total liberation of Africa and African People everywhere.

Uhuru Solidarity Blog

Snip: We will demand reparations to the family of Trayvon Martin, 17-year-old African who was murdered in cold blood by a white nationalist vigilante thug by the name of George Zimmerman, who has yet to be arrested. This modern day lynching represents another example of the state-sanctioned violence against the black community that has been going on for centuries.
