I never get people wearing hoodies. It makes it difficult for the wearer to see someone sneaking up on them since they have no peripheral vision. They might as well be a horse with blinders. Besides that, they look like punks.

I have worn "hoodies" since I was a kid in the fifties. They are great for keeping the cold air off the back of your neck and your ears warm. People generally do not sneak up on me but if you use the ties on the hood you have perfect peripheral vision.

Punks carry guns and so do law abiding citizens. Does carrying a gun make you look like a punk?
