Fulton is seeking marks for the phrases "I Am Trayvon" and "Justice for Trayvon," according to filings with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In both instances, Fulton is seeking the trademarks for use on "Digital materials, namely, CDs and DVDs featuring Trayvon Martin," and other products.
Of course, there's no profit motive involved in hyping this whole thing and lynching Zimmerman.

Has ANY news organization managed to track down even a single photo of Trayvon Martin that was taken AFTER 2007/2008?
Some reports of injuries to Zimmerman would, as good circumstantial evidence, corroborate Zimmerman’s version of events; i.e. cuts on the back of the head, broken nose, stains on the back of his shirt etc. In addition, medical reports from the Emergency Room where he was taken could also provide support or refutation of Zimmerman’s version of events.
Self defense did apply.

As the details of the event start to leak out, the disingenuous, biased media (DBM) are slowly releasing it in bits and pieces in the hopes that none of the dumbed down, entitlement morons are able to put the pieces together and realize that they have been had!!

I have not followed this very closely, but some discussion about your question was on TV (probably FoxNews) the other night. It was something to the effect of the dispatcher asking Zimmerman whether the other person was black, and at first the (media was reporting) thought was that Zimmerman had volunteered to the dispatcher that he was black. I don’t think anything was said about a racial remark, just some conversation mentioning “black”.

All that we, the public and media. know is what the Sanford PD released...a police report and fewer than ten taped calls from Zimmerman and witnesses.
it is crucial to understand that between the end of Zimmerman's call, wherein he said that Martin ran away, and the fight-in-progress 911 calls absolutely nothing has been released.
This is probably because nobody other than Zimmerman and Martin saw or heard any of it. IOW...those who say that Zimmerman instigated the fight then started to lose and those who say that Martin attacked are both just speculating.
It is also important to understand that Zimmerman's statement is legally considered to be a self-serving statement, which lacks validity without neutral corroboration. The law assumes that most will never lie to cast blame on themselves and that most will lie to avoid blame and punishment.

I'm no medical expert, but I would think that a blow to the face that results in a broken nose would at least leave some bruise marks on the attacker's hand....? The forensic results will be interesting.
