Obama is publicly attacking Newt Gingrich because he fears the ideas Newt proposes. Meanwhile the two idiots, Romeny and Santorum, are gaffing up a storm.
Santorum and Romney are beating each others brains out and both are spewing verbal gaffes that sicken Republicans. Why? Because neither looks or sounds Presidential. Both look terribly foolish, and it reflects poorly on the Republican Party.
Voter turnout is down.
Santorum and Romney are destroying each other rather than attacking Obama. Their supporters are insistent - they will never vote for the other guy! These two candidates are burning their bridges, which is really stupid as it will be necessary for Republicans to coalesce around a nominee in order to run against Obama this fall.
The two sides will have to come together which is unlikely, OR there will be a compromise candidate. Can you quess who that will be?
The only candidate who is taking the Republican war to the opposition is Gingrich. Obama knows who his real opponent is this fall, and it is neither Santorum nor Romney.
Gingrich taught strategy at military colleges for nearly thirty years. He can be patient and wait for the convention.
So you go right ahead and smear Gingrich. You are working for Obama, not for conservatives.
I brought up Newt to point out that your guy has issues too that are far more murky than working for the WWE like Rick did. The rest of your post about how Newt is somehow still relevant in this race is pure fantasy. Did you see the results last night? Newt couldn’t even break 20% in a place he campaigned in and was part of this so called southern strategy. Some strategerist. This dream that Newt is somehow going to roll into the convention with any bargaining power is rich. He can’t even win in Red states.
