Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said Friday he may recall the Israeli ambassador to the UN Human Rights Council and cut ties with the body.
His remarks came after the 47-member council voted to establish a fact-finding mission to probe the "effects of settlements on Palestinian human rights."
Lieberman also said Israel may choose not to cooperate with the council in its investigation, adding that he plans to ask the US to quit the council as well.

IMHO, for what it’s worth... I think it would be a mistake to leave. That is what has gotten us in such a sorry mess worlwide. A single word is responsible for 99 % of our problems.
The word is Retreat.
We wonder why things have gotten this bad, and it’s really simple. We get disgusted by what others do, and yet good people retreat.
No, Israel, and others need not retreat, instead we need to draw a line, and say No more. No more will we allow any of this.
The cry of Israel, and especially America should be.

The US leaving, fat chance
Yes, we violate their rights, forcing them to work on construction, factory and agricultural jobs, and pay them in Israeli shekels. We forcibly install running water and electricity in their houses, and force them to choose between hooking up irrigation hoses or waiting until it rains. We even sometimes buy land from them and then use the police to keep the purchasers from using it, paying once again in Israeli shekels. Some of us even buy groceries, furniture, fruits and vegetables and livestock, paying in the same insidious shekels.
Why don’t they just rename it the UN Sanctimonious Liars’ Commission?
I would like to see Israel leave the UN entirely, and the USA follow them.

Seems that Avigdor actually did it. Good for him. Now just walk out of the government if they do anything to Migron.
Hate to dash your hopes, but they do hate us. Just accidentally destroyed a long reply partially explaining why and don’t have patience to reconstruct. Suffice it to say that it’s complicated.
