So, he's not "White, Not Hispanic", which is the ONLY category white folks get in the census. His picture suggests he has a heavy permanent tan!

Did the local police fail to arrest Tyson and charge him with murder? I'm failing to see the similarity.
That's all subjective. We don't know if that blood on Mr.Zimmerman's face and back is from Mr. Martin. We don't know all the details. Did the police conduct a investigation with photos of Mr. Zimmerman. Did the EMT treat Mr. Zimmerman.
Simply saying that because 'blood' was on Mr. Zimmerman proved that Mr. Martin was a treat; it proves nothing. Only that 'blood' was on him.
Under growing public pressure, the Department of Justice announced Monday that it would conduct a review of the case, but added the qualification that the “government must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a person acted intentionally with the specific intent to do something which the law forbids.”
Complicating matters, Florida state law allows a person the right to stand their ground and use deadly force if they feel threatened. The Justice Department recognized that, stating that “negligence, recklessness, mistakes and accidents are not prosecutable under the federal criminal civil rights laws.”
The federal government can’t prosecute Zimmerman for murder or manslaughter, so any prosecution for civil rights violations must prove Zimmerman took Martin’s life because of prejudice.
Zimmerman’s family denied he is a racist.

This is a senseless tragedy that resulted in the death of a child. Please don’t try to make into something political.
Martin had no weapon and was much smaller and weaker.
The "stand your ground" law pretty much works against Zimmerman.
They are most often used as backups. Thus are by definition very reliable. Kel-Tec pistols are highly reliable.
Probably nailed the kid in the heart ~ but we don't know what the autopsy was. No doubt we will find out when Court TV covers this one.
That is good to hear. I had thought about getting a Kel-Tec as the price is good but had heard they were unreliable.
Now if a couple more will verify that, I just might go shopping.
There are such folks ~ they aren't all nice guys.
There was some discussion today of OTHER MURDERS that followed this same pattern in that area, so there may be a lot more going on here than we know about at this time.
There is a campaign against Zimmerman (which includes MSM & political operatives) behind this the same as it was against Rush. That is all they know how to do is to be “ outraged” about something (anything) that keeps them behind a computer screen and FROM A JOB!
There is even a petition on change.org ( I thought belonged to Obama) to get Zimmerman arrested and charged. So much for a responsible news media that reports ONLY THE FACTS. I have yet to find any without an opinion against Zimmerman.
Oh, yeah, and the Congrssional Black Caucus (not unlike the Congrssional White Caucus/s) is pushing for Zimmerman’s head (without any facts as usual)!
The kid was casing houses for a later burglary if he really was looking into houses at night. That would be the best time to find houses with big HD TV’s which is what thieves want.
The neighborhood crime watch volunteer who shot an unarmed teenager dead, made dozens of frivolous 911 calls in the months before the shooting.
46 calls were made over just 12 months and many were reportedly about black youths, who like Trayvon Martin, George Zimmerman claimed were suspicious.
George Zimmerman: “There’s two suspicious characters that came to my neighborhood. I’ve no idea what they’re doing. They are just hanging out, loitering.”
911 operator: “Can you describe the two individuals?”
Zimmerman: “Two African-American males.”
Then this call:
Zimmerman: “This gentleman was walking in the neighborhood I’ve seen before on trash days, going around picking up trash. I don’t know what his deal is.”
911 operator: “White, Black or Hispanic?”
Zimmerman: “Black.”
No call was too trivial to make and police responded every time to the quiet gated community outside Orlando, Florida.
Zimmerman called 911 once and reported, “Somebody did leave their garage door open.”
He called another time and said, “The kids in the neighborhood have gotten accustomed to playing in the street. They play in the street and they just run out in front of cars.”
Chris Tutko is the National Sheriff’s Association’s Director of Neighborhood Watch. He said Zimmerman is a case study in what not to do.
INSIDE EDITION’s Paul Boyd asked Tutko, “George Zimmerman was making calls about garage doors being open or people loitering, what’s the threshold for calling law enforcement?”
Tutko responded, “This is a common sense organization. Common sense tells you if you call eight times and eight times they come and eight times they don’t have anything to do, what’s going to happen the ninth time?”
He also said that neighborhood watch volunteers should never be armed.
“I know of no neighborhood watch group that would allow a person to go out carrying a weapon,” said Tutko.
Meanwhile, Trayvon Martin’s girlfriend is coming forward. She says she was on the phone with him when he was first confronted by Zimmerman and she overheard what happened.
“He said this man was watching him, so he put his hoodie on. Trayvon said, ‘What are you following me for?’ Then the man said, ‘What are you doing around here?’ Then somebody pushed Trayvon because the headset fell,” explained Martin’s girlfriend.
Sheryll Underwood wept on The Talk as the latest developments were discussed, and Aisha Tyler was forthright about what she believes happened.
“This is a guy who is waiting for crime at every corner. He is waiting to use his gun,” said Tyler.
With public outrage building, the lawyer for Trayvon Martin’s family is calling for George Zimmerman’s immediate arrest.
Martin’s lawyer said, “Arrest George Zimmerman for the killing of Trayvon Martin in cold blood, today!”
From his photo, it can only be said that he has an earring in his left ear.
That may only mean that he has rounded Cape Horn, eastabout, under sail.
Seriously. I'm really surprised that the police didn't take the guy to the local station and had a little Q&A. Just to cover their ass. Not only would it have justified their cool CSI equipment, it would justify purchasing new stuff if they didn't have any. But more so, look boys we have some extra overtime!

Also, who takes orders from a 911 operator?
Not knowing anything about a Kel Tel 9, but, assuming a semi-auto, there should have been another round in the chamber. Unless, it malfunctioned or he had only one round on an empty mag.
