Lugar hasn’t lived in Indiana in over 30 years. He is an elitist RINO who has been totally co-opted by the Washington insider scene. His time is well past.

Lugar hasnt lived in Indiana in over 30 years. He is an elitist RINO who has been totally co-opted by the Washington insider scene. His time is well past. I remember how Dan Quayle once called his colleague Lugar "my favorite senator." It was noteworthy that Lugar did not reply in kind! People in IN are clueless on Lugar and many other things too.

Indiana law says you don’t lose your residency if absent on the people’s business. I wish they had put a stipulation that such persons had to spend at least one period of six weeks continuously physically present in the state of Indiana each calendar year. Then he might not have completely forgotten his origins.
