Sure. And I think that any executive order that goes beyond the scope of executive branch function as outlined in the Constitution is, in and of itself, a usurpation of the Constitution.

They are not going to go through all this trouble of setting up this new Marxist govt to just let a new president tear it all down. I will bet good money their will not be a new president. If it looks like Obama won’t win re-election this whole thing is going to kick into action and Obama will stay put.
