I had thought about Homeland Security having been developed since the Clinton EO. I hadn’t thought about Obamacare. Since it is about to go to Supreme, maybe this is a way to entrench and give weight to that poorly constructed law. Although Obamacare is about health issues, and this EO is about security issues. I am sure there is something in the massive Obamacare that syncs it with Homeland Security. Something that looked insignificant at the time of passage. (like anyone knew what it even said at the time of passage!!) Thank you for your insight.

How is it that you see the plot thickening given what you posted from ATS?
I don't know, when dealing with conspiracy nutjobs, logic sometimes escapes them. I stumbled across the NARA website site through a google search and found the information about the Executive Orders quite interesting. So when the on-line debate about the 'secret' EO 11000 came up I was prepared. Of course like any debate with a liberal/socialist/democrat/conspiracy nutjob who can't grasp logic, the debate broke down to the statement that I'm just a neo-con government agitator trolling the boards to identify troublemakers. However, the rest of the viewing members actually stood up and pointed out I was correct.

That is what I observed as well. Obama is going to need his own anti-US ‘troops’ who despise the US soldiers.

It is not Constitutional and it won’t be challenged by any of our legislators in Washington. The Tea Party folks will be okay with it, too, at least the ones who get elected or appointed to anything. We are long past the point where anyone in government is working for anyone but the government.
