Why, Orrin, if the court does what they should - do we need to try a dredge up a new health care debacle?
*** In two weeks, the U.S. Supreme Court takes up the case that could lead to the biggest I told you so of 2012. ***
The fix is in on this one. Dems fell on their sword to get it in place. Traitors crashed their careers. Secretly, Republicans want this bill in place as much as the Democrats do.
The SC will either rule it constitutional, or will require minor tweaks. Obamacare will not be dismantled.
I'm quite serious.
Brietbart was "Vince Fostered". A whole helicopter-load of Navy SEALs were offed. Anybody who gets in 0bama's way is in very serious danger.
Wall Street and multinational corporations want to eliminate the cost of employee health care. Obamacare is the first step toward a single payer system funded through taxes. No matter how much the protest, the Republicans are in on this game. Notice the Boehner Congress has done nothing to stop the funding of Obamacare even though the House controls appropriation of funds.
The Court will likely approve Obamacare. In 2014 employers will start ending their company health plans finding it less costly to pay the $2000 per employee fine to the government than administering a health insurance program fo employees. The employees will go to the private market where they will be shocked at cost of health care no longer subsidized by thei employers. Of course Obamacare requires them to buy insurance and the Dems will gladly tell all of these outraged citizens the insurance companies and their evil employers are taking advantage of them. This can all be fixed by moving to a government controlled single payer system funded by taxes on the rich and evil corporations. Congress will run to pass a single payer system.
This case is more important than Plessy V. Ferguson.
Plessy merely argued whether people could be segregated.
0bamaCare presumes government ownership rights of your labor, i.e. the reintroduction of SLAVERY.

Between Kooky Kagan and that wise-ass Latina twat, along with finger-in-the-wind Kennedy, there is no telling what could happen.
My prediction?
We The People and our Republic will continue to be screwed by the institutional fascists running this illicit regime.
It’s really pathetic that Politico couches this situation in terms of Democrats vs. Republicans, when in fact, the Supreme Court’s decision will decide whether or not we the people remain nominally free for a bit longer, or whether we’ll be subjugated to fascist Marxism and either slowly crumble or suddenly collapse from total subjugation by an all-controlling, all-powerful behemoth that now has not only the right to expand the money supply until it becomes valueless, but also will then have the power to demand that we the people purchase any product or service they deem “necessary”, and furthermore purchase said products and/or services from their crony “capitalists” of choice. Absolute power breeds absolute corruption, and that’s what the Supreme Court will really be deciding with this case.
No, Senator Hatch, we need LESS government in health care, overall, we don't need another round of tinkering with a new bill.
