Your next battle is with the free market. Your company has infuriated many good people; the majority of the people that BUILT your business.
I wrote to pro flowers something like this: The ONLY reason I used your service is because of your advertising on Rush Limbaugh. Take me off your list. I hope this was all worth it to you.
Of course, they also turned up at the home hours after the funeral......and wilted!
After complaining to the company representative, they told her that they were not "responsible for being at a certain place by a specific time, and the flowers probably wilted due to the excessive hot day (it was summer after all)!"
If you're late with a floral delivery for a funeral, what on earth good are you?????
