Sounds like you have inside knowledge. I know when J.D.Hayworth ran against McCain , Hayworths campaign manager just brushed me off when I tried to help. That race was not even close.

well, I know numerous people who tried to do volunteer for Santorum in MA and they found it impossible. These things are notoriously poorly run.

In MA, the coordinator would not give out a phone number ... so there was nowhere to call. Only emails received saying that somebody would be in touch. One sign wave was organized and it was a “Unity Rally” where they invited Romney people to join them. Silly.

In VT, things went a little better as 7 days before the vote, a phone number was given to call if you wanted to join up.

I hope I have more time in 4 years so that we can overcome these problems.

PS In MA, the threshold was 15% for delegates. Santorum fell short with only 12%. So it cost him big-time.
