A singularly remarkable event has taken place in the United States of America. This event occurred in Arizona on March 1st and was an earth shattering revelation.
A long awaited press conference was given by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, a five time elected Sheriff, which should have made national and international headlines. Arpaio's credentials include serving in the United States Army from 1950 to 1953, service as a federal narcotics agent serving in countries all over the world with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and served as the head of the Arizona DEA. Without doubt, this is a serious Law Enforcement Officer, not one to be taken in by tin-foil-hat wearing loons.

Years before the 2008 election, Barack Obama was involved in efforts to amend the US Constitution to allowthose who were born to parents who were not citizens to become President along with those born overseas. Those efforts have occurred several times in recent history, and all have failed. It must be intelligently asked why this was a concern at all for the then Senator.
There are two reasons for Obama's concern. The first lay in Article 2 section 1 of the constitution which states: "No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President,".
Except for Barack Obama.
The second reason for Obama's concern lies in the Supreme Court of the United States case Minor V. Happersett (88 U.S. 162) 1875 which defines Natural Born Citizen:
"The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners." Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162, 168.

The state of Hawaii's role in this cannot be neglected for several reasons. Hawaii has a couple of legal Achilles heels of its own.
It was well known at the time, that any person could register the birth of a child in the state on a late form with only the signature of a witness (Hawaii Department of Health no longer uses this form). This means of obtaining Hawaiian documents was used frequently by immigrants who needed assistance from the state (such as welfare), and Hawaii needed the federal dollars registering those births brought to the state. Second, and perhaps most importantly, Federal laws with regard to Hawaii had been written to allow a baby receiving state documents to be declared a Citizen of the United States without being subject to the Jurisdiction of the United States:
Sec. 305. [8 U.S.C. 1405] Persons born in Hawaii:
"A person born in Hawaii on or after August 12, 1898, and before April 30, 1900, is declared to be a citizen of the United States as of April 30, 1900. A person born in Hawaii on or after April 30, 1900, is a citizen of the United States at birth. A person who was a citizen of the Republic of Hawaii on August 12, 1898, is declared to be a citizen of the United States as of April 30, 1900.
Missing from this US Statute is the following which appears in the 14th Amendment:
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."
This disparity created a legal loophole which is specific to Hawaii: A child born in Hawaii, regardless of whether or not they were born in the state and subject to the Jurisdiction of the United States, automatically gained US Citizenship.

Regarding this article—what a jewel. I read a lot of news everyday and had not heard of JustiaGate. Why is it important that information has been systematically erased or proof destroyed and the only documents presented that Obama is who he says he is are forged? Well, for one it takes a lot of people willing to commit fraud for all these things to have been erased or destroyed or manufactured. These are not things most of us have the power to do. Sheriff Arpaio is a hero in my eyes not only for taking this on, but being willing to keep going. He reminds me of an old bulldog that won’t give up because of media criticism. Those of us that find Obama’s deception as proven by the cold case posse extremely disturbing have to ask how this could happen.
1. You have to have a media that is “owned” by the democrats and willing to trash anyone that threatens their kingdom. There is a competition among reporters for destroying conservatives. Katie Couric got the prize for trashing Palin.
2. There must be a large segment of the U.S. population that swoons at Obama’s words while never realizing he hasn’t written any of them. He and Michelle love vacations, golf, shopping and ignoring laws they don’t like. Michelle is using her expertise as a mom to tell you as a mom what you can pack in your child’s school lunch. Obama is going to buy your vote by paying for your birth control with your neighbor’s money. Then he is going to pay for that neighbor’s mortgage being behind and kick in extra since their mortgage should have come with a guarantee. Obama will pay for this largesse with money from their neighbors who are paying their mortgage on time and paying for their own birth control.
3.It matters that there are activist judges chosen ahead of time by the democrats and the Obama administration guaranteeing any outcome they want no matter how unconstitutional.
4.A Congress that is more interested in what the media says or their adviser’s say the independents want rather than doing what is morally and constitutionally correct.
It saddens me that some on freerepublic only think this is a birther issue. People with a lot of power put Obama in the most powerful position on earth and it’s important to expose the fraud and the cover up that was implemented to do that. What were their motivations and why did every safety net in our Constitution seem to fail us? We’ve got a severe wound in our beloved country and the pus in it stinks and runs deep. We either take on those who have perpetrated this crime and refuse to let them cheat their way into a win, or we die.
“Nonsense. If he is a fraud and there’s a lot to suggest he is, we need to know, and the sooner the better. This is not a ball game. This is the future of our country, and President Obama is going to destroy our nation if we let him. He’s working on it day by day.”
We do know. We won’t convince the third of the country that loves him or the third that doesn’t care. And fighting lost issues DOES let him continue destroying the country. We need to fight to prevent him from being re-elected, not waste time fighting battles we’ve already lost. The third of the country that could care less about Obama’s citizenship, but doesn’t love or hate him CAN be persuaded that he’s been a poor president.
“Well heck, why should I be surprised that this nation is in the state it is with attitudes like that.”
No, your attitude that Republicans should waste time on battles they’ve already lost is what puts the nation in the state it’s in, contributing to Democratic victories when THEIR side spends all its energy fighting CURRENT battles.
You don’t change Roe v Wade by whining that it was an unconstitutional decision. You change it by proactively getting the right people on the Supreme Court in the future.
Likewise, short of a miracle from God, you can’t change the ALREADY DECIDED public opinion re Obama’s citizenship, no matter how unconstitutional his presidency may or may not be. The odds are probably a million to one against him ever being removed from office that way.
HOWEVER, we DO probably have about a 50-50 shot of removing him from office by fighting to elect the Republican nominee instead of him. THAT is where we should spend our time and effort.

This witness was a postal employee who delivered mail to Ayers residence for over ten years. He had a connection to the Ayers family as he had attended HS with an Ayers family member, it was pure happenstance that he ended up delivering mail to them after joining the postal service. The Ayers family knew this and were friendly always being more generous at Xmas than the typical home in the neighborhood.

Marco Rubio is not a Natural Born Citizen. His parents were immigrants, and had not been naturalized at the time of his Birth. Rubio also has Cuban Citizenship unless he formally renounced it.

Either you have your head in the sand, or you are on the DNC staff. Public opinion is overwhelmingly that he is not a US citizen. The people are not the problem; congress and the Mediots are the problem.

I wasn’t talking about the public’s opinion on Marco Rubio’s citizenship, I was talking about the ALREADY DECIDED opinion on Obama’s citizenship. And that there’s a much better way to remove him from office.
If you’re asking, I think the public (and the courts too, for that matter) has also ALREADY DECIDED that the definition of Natural Born Citizen is “any person born in the USA”. If you want to spend your time trying to persuade the country that’s wrong, in order to prevent Rubio from ever being president, go for it. I’m sure many Democrats would gladly apply a double standard and help you.
Personally, I think conservatives could better spend their time trying to persuade people not to vote for Obama a second time. But obviously some of you disagree.
