Sanger was no different than Hitler.......undesirables (defined by them) must die.
The Weather Underground agreed. They figured (at the time) that it might take killing 25 million or so Americans that would refuse to be re-educated.
If that sounds bad, legalized abortion has killed more than twice as many Americans.
Sanger gained support from the elites of the time because her view on eugenics exactly mirrored their views about keeping the populations of undesirables low. With WWII, that sort of talk disappeared because it was too like the racial views of Nazism. Instead the focus turned to providing for the needsof the children of the elite and the reduction of the population as a whole because of the Baby-boomers large families.
