DEM REP: ‘WE’RE NOT LOOKING TO THE CONSTITUTION’ ON THE CONTRACEPTIVE MANDATE

Rep. Kathy Hochul: Were Not Looking to the Constitution on Contraception Mandate

Rep. Kathy Hochul (AP)

In what can only be described as a deer-in-the-headlights question-and-answer session during a town hall event on Friday, Rep. Kathy Hochul (D-NY) uttered some bizarre statements about the Obama administration’s contraceptive mandate. The Lancaster, New York, event led to both boos and jeers for the congresswoman, but her statements also rised more serious questions regarding how the administration — and the Democratic Party — views the U.S. Constitution.

Video taken of the exchange is telling.

“Under what portion of the constitution is the government allowed to require a private or a religious organization to pay for anything for free,” asked one of her constituents.

Hochul’s response was more than stunning.

“Well, basically, we’re not looking to the Constitution on that aspect,” Hochul said, with her comment being followed by cheers, applause — even gasps.

But the situation only became more contentious from there. As if this comment weren’t startling enough (after all, the constitution is the blueprint for American governance), she continued.

“What I’m trying to say is — basically, the decision has been made by this congress that American citizens are entitled to healthcare, because the teachings that I was raised under — we take care of the…sick –”

Before she could finish her statement, her questioner interrupted, saying, ”We are also entitled to the freedoms under the First Amendment of the Constitution. That comes before any other freedoms. So, then we have to look at the Constitutions.”

“And I agree with you sir,” she said, as he was still explaining his take on religious freedom.

Love it. She’s a newbie Democrat who slipped into what normally is a Republican district because NY’s Republicans are a bunch of hacks and F***** Idiots who for 50 years have become quite comfortable picking up the progressive’s scraps in exchange for pretending we don’t live in a 1-party State

Hochul replaced Chris Lee, after Chris Lee sent his naked body photos around the world on his iPhone (remember him?)

Well, basically, we’re not looking to the Constitution on that aspect,” Hochul said

That’s why in this election and beyond we are going elect people who do look to the Constitutino of the United States instead of the United nations.

I just checked the internet to see how much condoms cost. There were numerous deals of $29 for a hundred. If one were having sex every day the hundred condoms would last for over three months. For a year that would cost about $120. The woman who testified before Congress said contraception costs the co-eds at her school about $3,000 per year. By my math that is 25 times a day. I want the name of that school and a prescription for penicillin.

There might be a few people in congress who are not morons but I think they are very few and far between. This is a bipartisan statement but the moron population is closer to 100% on the dem side. Among pubbies it might only be 60% - not sure.

$24.95 per hundred yields 11 johns a day worth of condoms. That's the kind of traffic that Fluke gal at Georgetown University was toying with.

Frankly, I have no idea when she had time for class!

Any Member of Congress who does not support the Constitution took their oath under false pretenses and needs to be removed.

Rush has covered this today ... it was all a typical setup by liberals. Left Freaks Out Over My Fluke Remarks

Since putting up that story, new information has surfaced about the setup. Will post a thread to the Blogger Forum, later today.

THE PLANNED PARETNTHOOD MOTTO: "The sum of man reduced to his private parts."

PPhood's newsest atrocity is texting children----a sex “educator” employed by Planned Parenthood—the organization that works constantly to drive a wedge between children and their parents---will be texting your children without your knowledge or consent.

When Planned Parenthood of Greater Northern New Jersey held its annual national sex educators’ conference, it promoted a website pushing such resources as “Unequal Partners, Teaching about Power and Consent in Adult-Teen and Other Relationships.”

Planned Parenthood is actively involved in trying to push the boundaries that separate and protect children from sexual activity.

While this particular texting program has launched in the Denver area, it may well be a test program with plans for nationwide expansion. Parents must be very vocal in their opposition to Planned Parenthood texting their children.

You can monitor your children’s phones for texting by noting the program’s acronym and number.

Why now?

Some may wonder why “The Singing Dictator” (up for reelection) would alienate 50 Million Catholics and other opposed to his stupid b/c mandate?

The “grinning fool” is playing a dangerous game: agitating the population from the top down——and ready to apply the vise from the bottom up when the heat is on.

Keep in mind many Ohaha suckups-—Muslims and Van Jones come to mind-—despise Catholics, and religion in general, and are egging Ohaha on.

That crowd better be careful.

Hanging on to hatred that powerful can blind one.

Heck.....fingers, and other body parts, could even get caught in that vise.

LOL.

Actually what she said was that contraception can cost up to $3000 for three years. She claimed to have an acquaintance who could not afford $100 a month and lost an ovary to polycystic ovarian syndrome. You can of course get some versions of the BCP for $9 a month at Walmart. Perhaps there are some people who can only use an expensive non-generic - but I don’t believe she knows people who had to give up the BCP because they can’t afford it as she says she does.
