Recently, a student at your university tried to share the Gospel with another student at your university. That makes sense. You do work at a Christian University.

Maybe, maybe not. A lot of FReepers have probably attended colleges with ties to some church denomination whose current "gospel" tenets include only the likes of "social justice," "diversity," and "inclusiveness." [Can you spell "ELCA colleges," students?]

James Burtchaell's The Dying of the Light chronicles some of those colleges' secularization.
