“I wonder why they’re not releasing the name of the agent who shot Garcia. Fear of retaliation?”

From earlier article on FR:

“ICE Deputy Special Agent in Charge for Los Angeles, Kevin Kozak, was initially shot by ICE Senior Supervisory Special Agent Zeke Garcia at ICE’s Long Beach office. Garcia was then shot and killed by ICE Assistant Special Agent in Charge Perry Woo. “

Article goes on to say that Garcia was a good guy and that Kozak was a sorry manager who abused people under him. There evidently was a lot of history of Kozak’s poor behavior.

Funny, some suggest Ezequiel Garcia was the good guy and his supervisor was the bad guy. Yet in reality, it was Ezequiel Garcia who attempted to shoot his supervisor to death over a job performance issue.

Based on what occurred, just guessing, but I'd say it was Ezequiel Garcia who was the bad guy, who probably never should have been connected to law enforcement.
