The Obama administration has released an economic report that claims everything is coming up roses, and it is making the rounds of the MSM's news outlets. Truth is, when you look into the numbers, it's rather easy to come to the conclusion that the economic reports are as screwy as the administration's employment numbers. In order to convince Americans that his economic measures are working, Obama is claiming there has been an increase in retail sales from December to January by a seasonally adjusted .4%. The administration goes on to explain that while the economy is moving in a positive direction, it is still slow. They also point out that the recently reported gains reduced unemployment to 8.3%, proving that Socialist economic policies are working. However, Obama's unemployment numbers have since been proven to be lies. Have I stated that we are in an election year and that Obama needs to get re-elected in order to continue transforming the greatest country in the history of mankind into a Soviet style basket case? To assist in the destruction, the MSM has been knowingly repeating this administration's lies.
Instead of reporting how America's real unemployment is actually up between 19 and 25%, they report that Obama has been able to get unemployment down to 8.3%. Instead of reporting that the government is spending more money than it is taking in, and that retail sales have dropped by almost $100 billion from December to January, we are told by the administration's propaganda machine that retail sales have increased by .4%. In an election year, the MSM will do everything in their power to convince Americans that Obama is even greater than Ronald Reagan.

After all, who really cares that the unemployment is at historic levels or that retail sales have dropped a record amount in one Month, when all the MSM wants to talk about is whether or not the sluts and studs living in Sodom and Gomorrah will have free birth control provided by evil Christian institutions.
If Obama is defeated and Republicans win control of both houses of Congress, maybe there’s still time to fix this. If Obama is reelected, the outlook is dire.

Connecting the dots on all the reports from the Obama administration shows a picture of immanent economic disaster that could hit us like a sledge hammer come summer time.
Clinton cooked the books too, which Bush’s “tax breaks for the rich”, which was actually “tax breaks for everyone” was designed to remedy. And it did in fact work. The economy improved almost immediately as a result. The problem is that liberals see things through the filter of their own preferred perceptions. They’re blind to anything else, such as what actually works.
Obama is obviously hoping to milk this thing until election day. But he may not have the most competent economists, even if they are die hard Alinskians.

Which is why I have stopped calling them "the media," mainstream or not. They've collectively jumped the shark for Obama and his regime. Which is why I now call them collectively the "ministry of propaganda." I figure it's now the most accurate description of them.

Yes, just like the citizens of the roman empire cheered their favorite gladiator on, until he was killed by another great gladiator. But hell, at least they never had time to think about their misery.
85% of those living in the roman empire were slaves, and we are headed there ourselves. The left just needs to keep us amused with basketball, football, hockey, the Olympic games, movies, television, music, pc games, etc. etc,. etc, so that Americans will never have time to consider how miserable they really are.
Apparently America would rather punish the rich than be solvent. I truly believe we're almost there if we aren't already.
