I wish he would just concentrate on Arizona. I don’t want him to take any votes from Santorum in Michigan where Santorum and Romney are very close.

Today’s polls actually showed Santorum less behind in AZ than he is ahead in MI and OH. Newt trailing badly in all. Vote Rick in both to embarrass both Romney AND McCain. Voting Newt in AZ will just let Mitt have cover from losing his home state. Whereas Newt voters can push Rick over the top and fatally wound Romney.

Michigan is a proportional delegate state. Newt is going for his share.

He knows exactly what he’s doing. His big money man has admitted to helping Gingrich only because he believes Romney will win the nomination if Gingrich pulls votes from Santorum.
