Actually he had the schedules reprinted to show the time the trains actually ran, so they were "on time".

If Obama considers the Constitution "Null and Void", then He has NO Constitutional Authority to be "President." Excellent point. He derives his power from this document, so if he decides it's no longer valid, then so is his administration.

Barry will declare himself king thereby avoiding that trap.
